Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Farnborough

This house is really lovely . This is the second time we’ve stayed . It’s just literally 2 minutes walk to my brothers so very convenient for family get together . We had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived . There is everything you could need , we were very comfortable . The local shops are a few minutes walk away , lively coffee shop that does great breakfasts . We will definitely be returning . Thankyou Chloe and Jamie for being perfect hosts xx

My children and I stayed at Gemma’s place for 3 1/2 weeks whilst we waited for our new home to be ready. It was such a wonderful place to be and really felt like a home from home. It is a beautiful house, really clean and I highly recommend it. Anne (Gemma’s Mum) welcomed us on arrival and was really friendly and helpful explaining where everything was and how things worked. We were also given some lovely welcome gifts including some wine, croissants and jam. The amenities are excellent in the house and you can walk to local shops and a beautiful park is at the end of the road. The garden is also really lovely.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time at Alistair’s place. The accommodation is spacious with the added benefit of two en-suite bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, with good quality fresh bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. The property was spotlessly clean throughout. We enjoyed the peaceful location and the opportunity to go on walks which featured beautiful views. Shops and amenities are 10/12 minute drive away so accessible and convenient. Alistair and Jeanette were helpful and available when needed. On arrival, we found fresh farm eggs and other treats left for us to enjoy, which was a nice touch. We would not hesitate to book this place again in the future and to recommend it to friends and family.

The stay was amazing and the cottage was a perfect place to recharge your batteries for the weekend, calm and cosy! Caroline and Ettienne were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for activities and pubs in the area :) I'll definitely be back and recommend without hesitation!

This is a lovely home and is accurately described. Louise was very responsive and helpful with the one issue (even though it was a Saturday night) and was easily solved. The street the house is on is nice and quiet.

We enjoyed a family meet up immensely. Very homey and comfortable and Diana and Mary plus their dogs were charming.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at Alison's apartment. The space is extremely cosy and a welcoming, with lovely comfortable beds and a great shower. The farm is in a fantastic location and there were some great restaurant recommendations in their guide book. My fiend and I were staying for work and we liked it so much we booked to stay again the following week. Thanks so much to Alison who was a great host. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Really lovely apartment - well equipped. Great decor . Wallingford is great for walks and restaurants.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

We had a lovely stay visiting friends nearby and attending the races. Ideal stop just a short walking distance to shops, lots of restaurants and the racing at Sandown Park. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials with a few extras left out for us which was perfect after our long journey. The apartment was warm and we could relax straight away. The shower had good pressure with instant hot water and other than light traffic noise it was very quiet and peaceful. We’ll not hesitate to book again. Thank you

Positive things: the bed from the ensuite it s very comfortable, there is a mattress top, the bed lined has good quality, those carpets are so clean, the bathrooms are so clean and with good shower with good pressure. The kitchen there is everthing you need, the sofa it is very comfortable too and the table too. The building it is so safe, there are 4 gates with always with camera and also door camera too and intercom Things could be better: the bed from the other room could be have the mattress too, the living room carpet had dirt marks on it, the rocking chair was dirty, the fan was dirty, the bathtub plug was missing, there isn’t soap in the bathroom.

Four is us stayed in this lovely big house while working away. The house was spotless when we walked in and very spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here!
