An absolutely stunning spot. The house and garden are beautiful. We felt at home. There are really great walks right out of the house and beautiful views, and the local village is gorgeous. The location is perfect. It's an incredibly peaceful place to be and Rachel is a very helpful and welcoming host. Thoroughly recommended!

We really had no idea about the area as we were winding up a long trip to the UK from the USA, so we are very glad we ended up at Jeremy's place. It was a good place to spread out with three different levels. We had to contact Jeremy a couple of times about using appliances and the hot water (due to differences between UK and US ones), and he immediately responded which is very appreciated. Restaurants and shops are literally around the corner and Windsor Castle is an easy walk. The river walk at Eton is nice, also. Great view of the castle from one of the upstairs windows!

This house was easily one of the best airbnb houses I have ever stayed in. Mark was helpful, communicated with ease and the you tube videos of all possible 'tricky' points preempted any questions we might have had. The house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing whilst we were there, plenty of space and beautifully clean. I would and will happily book this house again without hesitation.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

The perfect place to stay when exploring Winchester. A lovely house in a quiet location but only a 5 minute walk into the centre of things! It's not a noisy area but the windows are very well sound-proofed anyway. Excellent kitchen with everything you could want to cook a meal. Comfy beds and lounge area. Warm, cosy & clean. Thanks so much for a wonderful short stay!

Luke is by far the best host we have experienced. It was so lovely staying in his home. The house was so well equipped and the beds/beddings were so comfortable and the layout suited us perfectly. This was an absolutely perfect air bnb a 10 Minute drive to LEGOLAND which is what we had used the base for. A harvester a short walk and also a play park with a cafe a short distance away. This was perfect for 3 toddlers and 3 adults for a family getaway and the little touches of chocolate eggs were brilliant ❤️ incredibly clean and location was fab. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for having us!
