Monthly Rentals in Fallowfield

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Sara’s place whilst I was between living accomodation. Close to work for me and Great location, close to Manchester City centre. Reported an issue with the toilet which wasn’t resolved though , so had to use the other en-suite toilet for the duration of stay. Still had a great stay and the apartment was lovely. Would recommend to anyone visiting Manchester X

Great place and only a short uber/taxi into the centre of Manchester. House was super clean and had everything we would need. Easy to find and to check in. Definitely will stay again.

Another great stay here! Good places that cater specifically for solo travellers are hard to come by so Sian & Martin's place was a great find. A cheerfully decorated, compact and fully equipped space in a lovely terrace. Out of the hustle and bustle of central Manchester but only minutes walk to a direct tram line into the city and very reliable and cheap buses into the city are just a 10 minute walk away. Fantastic buzzing neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars just up the road and a handy supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. Also an indoor pool and gym in a beautiful historic building just down the road. The unit does not have a washing machine but the hosts provide this service as an optional extra or alternatively, there is a very good laundry a couple of blocks down the street. Beautiful modern accommodation, close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street. It's only 20mins drive/40mins metro link to the airport. Thanks Steven we were very comfortable during our short stay. Highly recommend 👌
