We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I can't say enough about how lovely Melissa's home is. The home is so spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We needed a local place to stay unexpectedly and were able to do a same day booking at Melissa's. We're so thankful we found her place because it met every need we had. Unfortunately it was pretty cold and ended up snowing so we didn't get to enjoy the patio and pool area but hope to be able to come back sometime to do just that. I'd highly recommend Melissa and her home whenever you're heading to Saratoga. It was a wonderful experience all around. Thank you Melissa!

As a couple that loves to travel, we are in complete agreement that this was the most restful, relaxing vacation we have ever had. Our trip can be described as sheer bliss in this completely private, fully furnished well appointed home with the absolute best feature you could ever ask for - a heated indoor pool! We enjoyed reading and listening to music in the pool, as well as plenty of actual swimming any time of day or night - heavenly! There is a supermarket 10 min. away to stock up on ingredients for home cooked meals, and a well stocked convenience store only 2 minutes away for simple meals & frozen food. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and everything one would need for some home cooking. There are a few places will deliver as well. Beautiful area with plenty of options for hiking and day trips. There is also a lovely wrap around deck and grill. Thank you Chantale and Toni for being great hosts and sharing your amazing space with us!

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Great location to all the wineries and the view was so great even with the fog. The closed off patio was awesome for the weather we had it was rainy and cold but having the heaters made it perfect to sit outside, play games and also drink our coffee in the morning. The inside fireplace always a great for the cold weather as well. The owner was super accommodating with allowing us to bring our dog last minute she also answered questions we had before we even arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated how cute and clean the place was, and its location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was nice to see kids out playing and trick-or-treating in the area. Cheryl and Anna were very communicative and gave clear instructions. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Beth’s place in April. The place did not disappoint!! Beth thought of everything!! Our 20 yr old granddaughter stayed in the apartment. Absolutely great space. The view was stunning!! The place was extremely clean throughout. All the rooms are set up to relax and enjoy!! The basement was a wonderland for the kiddos. Every toy, game, and wide open space to play. It was a delightful stay.

This is a great place to stay! Felt at home as soon as walked in. All the modern conveniences while maintaining the beautiful history of the house. Travelling with adult kids and friends, plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and baths, lots of blankets for an April visit, and the location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Ommegang and easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and several other more local breweries and eateries. We had a blast! Emily was more than accommodating with quick responses and flexibility, really appreciate her as a host. We look forward to our next visit, which will be a little later in the season so we can take advantage of the outdoor area and front porch. Can't wait!

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

A lovely, impeccably appointed, and yet affordable cottage right on Lake Cayuga and minutes from the center of Ithaca and Cornell. . Robert provides prompt and personal service to his guests. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Jason was an amazing host. He did amazing job on the renovations to the house and looked way better in person. His instructions was really great due to the fact that he did a video tour of the house explain what everything did. if we had any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them for us. He was very nice to let us check in early as well. When I told him that we were going to be there an hour early, he said that was completely fine and that we could check in early. If you are wanting to stay somewhere at an excellent price and in the area, would highly recommend staying here!

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Beautiful property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This place was perfect for our family of 5 children. Becca quickly responded to questions. I would definitely stay here again.
