Celeste is always a wonderful host, friendly and engaged but also providing privacy as desired. She easily recommends activities and restaurants in the area, noting "back ways" to avoid traffic related to concerts. The location is perfect for accessing SPAC. It's easy to get at home here

Katherine was responsive to my questions from prior to booking throughout my entire stay. Her instructions were clear and concise yet covered everything! It was welcoming to see my name on the chalkboard and a fire on the fireplace just waiting for a match! The kitchen was well-stocked- we found everything we needed and more! There was also an ample supply of paper products including tissues which are a must in the cold weather! My only disappointment is that we weren’t there long enough to finish the puzzle that was there! This region was a perfect meeting place for my family who is spread among OH, MA and NYC. We wanted a ski weekend and to stay on the mountain and Katherine’s and John’s place did not disappoint! Bristol Mountain is a great mountain! No crowds on a holiday weekend!!Plus, I highly recommend two local restaurants: Nolan’s on the Lake and Lock, Stock and Bar (we went there twice!) Thanks, John and Katherine for sharing your vacation oasis with us!

Went here for just a single night, because we had tickets to the Farm Aid concert. Wonderful room in a nice house, very safe neighborhood. Reminded me of The Wonder Years ❤️ Frank is really the greatest guy, he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, safe and at home. Also, he was superflexible and took our bags in very early, since we could not bring them to the venue. We had a great chat with him, and he also took us for a small sightseeing in this absolutely stunning town. Thank you, Frank! We are so grateful.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect - walking distance to downtown, the lake, and the ice arena as we were in town for hockey games. There was so much space for our group of 8 - common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Parking was tricky for our large vehicle, but there was plenty of street parking available. Communication was great with clear instructions on arrival and departure. Thank you!

Hailey was very patient working with us when we had problems accessing information for the property. She was very responsive and there was very little wait time between asking our questions and her answering them right away. The unit is completely updated and is decorated in a cool and professional style. The town is clean, quaint, and you can literally throw a rock into the Erie canal from your front porch. If you love walking and fishing around the canal like we do, you will love it!

We have stayed in probably over a hundred of different Airbnbs and Adham’s is still the most memorable and impressive one for me. My rating of his place is truly 6 out of 5, and no less than that. Yes, the location is wonderful; yes the townhome itself is great: very clean, very cozy, very homey and very well equipped. Yes, the kitchen has everything you will ever need on your vacation, and yes the heater works perfectly. But what makes the real difference is the host. Have you ever heard of the host who brings you a fresh high quality breakfast because you arrive late and need to leave early the next morning? Have you heard that your host helps your kids to practice piano by simply bringing one over? Have you heard of a host who consistently keeps you in the loop on all relevant local events during your stay? What about all these things together? That’s Adham for you. He goes above and beyond and that’s an underestimation. That made our stay with Adham a real treat.

Came in town for some work, and this place had everything I needed to feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at SunnyViews! It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The interior of the home is very spacious, yet still has a very cozy, homey feel. The best part for us was the full kitchen, and we were able to cook and bake pies throughout our stay. And each bedroom was warm and toasty to remedy the chilly nights. Will definitely be scoping out this spot the next time we head upstate.

This place was so clean! Jessica was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, the showers were hot with good water pressure and there were plenty of cushy towels. There were six adults on the trip and we used 4 of the beds, all were reported to be comfortable. The loft got a little warm when we were using the fireplace (which was well stocked with fire starters, wood and newspaper) but at night when we weren't using the fireplace everyone was comfortable (including the person who slept in the upper loft up the ladder). The kitchen was well stocked. This is a true ski in/ski out. It's about a 1 minute walk up the hill to the Rocket Triple Chairlift and about 1.5 minute walk to the Comet Express high speed lift. For anyone that might be on a working vacation I did two internet speed tests on what I'd guess was a light internet traffic day. Test 1 - 430 Mbsp down, 260 Mbsp up, latency 29 ms unloaded, 56 ms loaded. Test 2 - 217 down, 213 up, ping 39 ms.

Had a great stay here. Spacious, super comfortable and clean. Cozy living room with sky lights and high ceilings, clean gas grill out on the patio. Appreciated the welcome snacks and extra toiletries. Great condo near Saratoga

I was so glad we stayed at Sheri’s place. It was well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. It was close to a grocery store and the venue for my nephew’s wedding. I had to use the kitchen to assemble a wedding cake for 140 people. The kitchen was just the right size for the task. My husband left his shoes at the house by mistake. We are still waiting to hear from Sheri about how we can arrange to have them sent to us. We would happily suggest Sheri’s place to anyone who is heading up to the Saratoga area.

Our stay was great! The master bedroom is much bigger than what’s pictured. Even though you’re in a complex I never heard any noise from the surrounding units. Super spacious with lots of room as well.

Marks home was amazing! Very clean, felt very homey and Mark was extremely responsive. The recommendations made were also very good. Would recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway.

Lovely host. Kind, responsive though we did not have any issues that we needed help with. The accommodations were clean, classy, warm and dry. We were there in the winter and aside from looking outside, you’d never have know it was blowing cold and snow!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and I could t have picked a better place. It was clean and beautiful and Jessica was very responsive to questions. I definitely recommend!
