Welcome to Big Tree Farm! Enjoy the views of the farm from this recently renovated apartment attached to our family home. Only 1.5 miles from the village center yet surrounded by fields and forests. The National Warplane Museum and grass strip airfield are adjacent and walkable. Extremely convenient for college visits and any events at the airport. Big Tree Lane is just off Rt 63, it is a 1 mile private gravel road to our house (can be bumpy)

If dating sites were as good as AirBnB at matching people with a prospective partners, then nearly everyone would be married! Anna provided a unique setting for our week upstate visiting family. She houses a few former race horses and ponies, which were a treat to meet and introduce to grandkids. The property is close to Saratoga, but feels rural and rustic and peaceful. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable and easy to access. Anna is an excellent host who leaves you alone, but is friendly and full of knowledge about horses and horse racing as she was a former jockey. A very special experience.

This was a really great stay. The house was easy to find and well located to the wineries. There were nice touches like coffee provided and ear plugs in case you need them. The linens were nice and the beds comfortable. The towels were excellent and we all were able to shower with no issues. Would definitely return. The host was responsive and welcoming.

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Had a wonderful 3 day stay over Thanksgiving to visit family in the area. Taylor's little cottage was a perfect stay, so many personal and thoughtful finishing touches that really made our stay special. Loved listening to the donkey braying and the roosters crowing. Even though it was cold and snowy outside, it was awesome to watch the alpacas and hens from the windows. I can thoroughly recommend this location.

We had a very enjoyable and cozy stay at this farmhouse. It was one of the cleanest and roomiest properties we’ve ever stayed in. There were a ton of wineries just down the road, which were good for a meal and a glass of wine. We were able to check out Bully Hill Vineyards and Ryan William Vineyard! We would totally recommend you stay here! She was a friendly and responsive host.
