Monthly Rentals in Erewash District

I was working in Derby throughout November and December and this was the perfect place to stay. Warm, clean, tidy and with lots of extra little touches (like a Christmas tree, a box of biscuits, milk and eggs) that really made it feel like home. The surroundings are beautiful but the city was only a 15 minute drive away and very accessible by car, which was ideal. Daniel was very responsive and sorted anything we messaged about. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay. I stayed here whilst on a business trip. It has everything you need for your stay and the wifi is also good. It is very well kitted out and very clean and tidy. Tracey is very helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely be returning.

Our Stay at the miners Cottage was a pleasure. The location was perfect for me and my Son we were visiting family over the Christmas Holidays. The home was very cozy and clean, and Maxine was available via text if we had any questions, which we didn’t as everything was perfect. I would highly recommended this accommodation, if you are looking to stay in the area.
