Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Epping Forest

This house is really lovely . This is the second time we’ve stayed . It’s just literally 2 minutes walk to my brothers so very convenient for family get together . We had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived . There is everything you could need , we were very comfortable . The local shops are a few minutes walk away , lively coffee shop that does great breakfasts . We will definitely be returning . Thankyou Chloe and Jamie for being perfect hosts xx

Ideal accommodation for a family group in a super location convenient for all amenities and transport connections but still a quiet neighborhood. Easy arrangements with helpful and responsive host.

A wonderful stay with family at this beautiful home. We had a relaxing stay here at Pounce Hall and have made some wonderful memories with family. Three generations all enjoyed the home and the 2 dogs had everything they needed. We couldn’t have asked for more. An excellent kitchen well stocked with utensils for meals in and the town is not too far for exploring or takeaways. The children enjoyed the gardens and huge swing! As did some of the adults! We took some trips out and there is plenty to do around the local area. We visited Audley end house and gardens which was great fun. Hopefully we can come back and stay again soon.

This is a lovely home and is accurately described. Louise was very responsive and helpful with the one issue (even though it was a Saturday night) and was easily solved. The street the house is on is nice and quiet.

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

This is a great location and a good worth good amenities and a warm atmosphere. It’s very child friendly. The welcome gifts (bread, beer) were a great touch. The building is worn, but feels lived in and has modern features. We liked the garden, the outside dining area, the sitting room and the large family friendly kitchen. There va are va some very helpful signs in different places giving helpful information and instructions. We liked the private / guest use coding on cupboards. A couple of points to be va aware of. The swimming pool is a great resource but accessing it via the provided ladder was a little tricky for older ones ! Also the second floor bedroom is tricky to access because of the angle of the stairs. To be fair, the owners have provided sone supervision warnings about the use of these stairs. All in all it’s a great place to have a break with friends or as a wider family group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The building is gorgeous and so is the apartment. Great location in the perfect neighborhood! Lots of shopping and restaurants without the crazy crowds!

Thank you to Kristin for hosting us in such a beautiful apartment. It was close to the underground and cafes for us to enjoy a lovely breakfast. Perfect for us to enjoy London for my birthday. Close connections to both Paddington and Victoria where we enjoyed the theatre. We will be definitely staying here again!

What a great flat. Close to everything one could need. Recommend King William IV Pub across the St and La Creperie. Good butchers underneath the flat and an abundance of breakfast and coffee places. The fiat was clean and comfortable and warm on those cold London nights. Shower was powerful. The bed was comfortable also. Adam was gracious he allowed us to check out late to accommodate a last minute museum visit. Thank you, that saved our day! Would absolutely stay here in the future.

This is a well presented flat in a great location with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops, and food outlets. The flat has a spacious open area and excellent cooking facilities. The host responded to communications promptly.

Perfect location off a quiet yet convenient street right around the corner from Holland Park tube, grocery, bakery, pubs etc. Flat was spotless and filled with thoughtful touches from the guidebooks and local recommendations to the fresh flowers in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable and water pressure excellent. We loved Yvonne’s flat! Our only issue was finding it at first. Yvonne waited patiently for us to arrive. If taking the tube just get clear directions before you go underground!

Lily was a great host. She set up whatsap group days before by including her team. Very clear instructions even there was a well prepared and designed very professional house manual including every details related to home that she shared on whatsap group. Her team was super prompt and responsive. They welcomed us with a smile , Alessio was super nice guy who greeted us and allowed us to come early to leave our bags and get the key so we could see London , walk at Hyde Park thanks to him. The flat is gorgeous, with incredibly nice furnitures and very tasty decoration with very high quality equipments / beds . It is hard to believe that you can rent such place in air bnb. Worth every penny .. by far best place I stayed in air bnb .

Very nice stay, super big and comfortable for my dog and I. The host is kind and profesional, they have a door that works with a code which make it easy since I tend to forget the keys, and the camera in the front door makes me feel safe.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Damian was a great host and the place was just amazing. We was three families with lots of kids and we didn't leave the house once. The gardens are so big and so beautiful, with 360 views, and the kids only came inside to sleep. The house was just as it is in the pictures and I think it had just had a mini makeover as you could smell fresh paint. The pool table was great for the adults and I think there was pretty much at least one person in the hot tub for the whole stay. We are already negotiating to book again for next Easter so hopefully we will be back soon. If you are looking for peace, quiet and privacy, this the place.

Susan's place is absolutely lovely. It's a wonderful example of a stylish English home for family or friends reunions. The outdoor space is safe and a wonderful place for children. The house is truly a home and has that warm and inclusive vibe. We will definitely be back.

This property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay in.

Large and nice room large, with private bathroom but outside the room large and nice room Leena and Brian are very attentive and provide recommendations for nearby places. Considering the size of London, there is easy access to the city's main attractions by public transport. I would definitely go back.

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.

This home is so beautiful, it’s even stunning at night with all the evening lights on! It’s wheelchair accessible, you can enter a bedroom, living room and a kitchen with a wheelchair. The rooms are decorated with different styles which is lovely to see. All the rooms and bathrooms were also really really clean. The jacuzzi and cinema room were a lot of fun too. Petra was really responsive and was easy to ask questions to, thank you for all your help! I highly recommend this home!
