Vacation rentals with lake access in Epping Forest

We had a great time staying here, finding the house to be very clean, welcoming and felt like home as soon as we arrived. It was just as described and shown in the photos. We had great communication from John & Esther throughout our stay. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It’s a great location with a playground right outside and an easy walk to the Elizabeth tube line

Everything about this home was perfect for my family of 6! We had plenty of space to relax, sleep, and hang out. It was perfect distance from Hamstead Park and playground for our kids to run around and the bus stop right out front to get down into London within 20-30 minutes. The walk-ability to Hamstead and other areas was great as well. Would definitely recommend if you have a family like ours. 10/10.

Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Lynn’s flat. The place is just like the pictures, very clean, upscale and in a great location. We had everything we needed, with fully equipped kitchen (great coffee maker!), high quality linens and Aesop soap. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment looks brand new, it s super clean and the view is absolutely AMAZING. We booked the place for two nights to see Taylor swift on wembley and we had a BLAST🫶 it very easy to get anywhere as it s 2 min walking distance from subway. The host were very kind and even gave us tips on what to do around the neighbourhood. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend.

The place was nice and fully furnished with modern furniture. Lot of storage space. Kitchen pantries include everything you need to prepper food, you only need the fresh ingredient at start which is very important for a long stayer coming from overseas. You feel at home with what you have in the apartment and what you can get from the shops around the corner. The only problem we had, which is outside the host control, is that the parking at the area is a bit difficult, so people who expect driving gusts should be aware of. The public transport from and to the place was great and can get you to any corner of London. Would like to stay at the same place if visiting London again.

These is a great suite for two people. Located in the heart of great places to visit ,restaurants and grocery shops yet so very quiet at night. The suite is within east walking distance to three underground stations. Beautiful 10 minute walk to Tower Bridge. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Staying for a friends 21st party so crash pad. It was lovely inside and to high spec. Comfortable and easily accommodated us all. Thank you

Riverside was a hidden gem. Quiet surroundings with easy access to the Maidstone Town centre. The hosts made this stay what it was, with their proactive friendly and personalable communication. Our stay was a great way to recharge and we sincerely hope to return to this lovely, family friendly location.

We had such a lovely stay at Mooi’s place! The cottage is so beautiful and cosy. You’re close enough to civilisation for everything you need - and Walthamstow has it all - but go in the other direction and you’re right on the edge of the forest. So you better be ready to make friends with the local squirrels and deer that you’ll encounter! The office space is delightful to be in, cosy too, and allows you to work truly separate from the main house, which is a godsend. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Hive as a cottage and Mooi as a host - she truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Amazing all-round!

Deborah’s studio cottage is ideally located in Kingston, close to the town and train station. The studio was a perfect size for our stay of a few days with a clever kitchen in a cupboard design. I am sure we will be staying again when we visit family nearby.

Lovely , peaceful cottage . Good size rooms , easy parking , good wi fi , and super host .

Big warm house . Hot tub was great Garden was safe for the children. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative comment , please check the oven shelves because they were the wrong size and it was difficult to use oven as shelves kept falling to bottom of oven. Plenty of parking , easy directions to house and plethora do in Windsor . A great venue for a family weekend Thank you
