Monthly Rentals in Elfers

The property was just as described, worked great for me working from home and our weekend trips to Tampa, Orlando, and beaches. Diane has a beautiful place and especially appreciated the outdoor area for relaxing, grilling, and fence for our small dog. It’s also very close to New Port Richey downtown which is really fun and has quite the weekend fun vibe.

Nice quiet stay, reasonable and pretty close to a beautiful state park.

Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is in a residential area but not too far from the main road and about 15 away from several town restaurants and attractions. There is a Walmart 6 minutes away in case you need to pickup something extra and multiple CVS locations as well. Everything was clean and the temperature was perfect each night. The space is great for one or two people for short term stays.

Place was exactly what my little family needed while we were on vacation. Very clean. Loved the touch of kids toys/games and the privacy fence gave me peace of mind when kids were outside. Eglis was a wonderful host!!!
