Waterfront vacation rentals in El Medano Beach

Luxury condo in heart of Cabo San Lucas marina area. Being able to walk anywhere was great, restaurants and grocery in very close proximity. Condo is large, AC excellent, large living area with two outdoor settings, one in ground floor and one on rooftop. Rooftop was as described, very inviting and didn't see another person anywhere, very private. Please note due to downtown location there may be some ambient sound from nightclubs, but didn't need earplugs, so all good. We rented a car and parking was easy and ample. In summary this was so much better than the resorts, total freedom to walk anywhere in town, whenever desired, without getting Uber or bus. Well worth it, highly recommend!

Very convenient apartment for families traveling with kids, they enjoyed the bathtub of the main bedroom and having the pool right in front. Everything was super clean and worked perfect! Super attentive hosts!

Great stay at Diana's apartment, everything as seen in the photos! The beach is a 10-minute walk away, it is a quiet and very conveniently located place. Diana and her husband were very kind and helpful throughout the stay, our flight arrived early and they helped us with an early check-in. They lent us chairs and all the items to take to the beach! I recommend it 100%!

We really enjoyed our stay. A short walk to Medano beach, Walmart for supplies. You can enjoy the boardwalk & touristy areas or walk into town and search out local eateries from this locale. During the height of Spring break the place is very actually a respite & quiet. Wonderful folks & kind folks who live in the building. The balcony is really an enjoyable place to spend time after venturing out. Beds were comfortable. We never actually met Karina as she had an urgent matter to attend to upon check in but we found everything straightforward and she was responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is an amazing value. It's easy to get to and the views are incredible. The pool was clean as well.

Can not say enough about how great this place was. Very clean and comfy, great location! The building and grounds are well kept and the pool the cleanest I have ever seen. We have been coming to Cabo for the last 17 years and now have finally found my go to place. Kitchen well stocked,great place to stay in and cook meals, best patio for morning coffee before heading out for the day. Would 100% stay here again.

The spot is very convenient. Walkable to the beaches and downtown’s bars. You can find a ton of tours and activities at the marina. The unit was very clean and the building felt secure. We were able to watch seals right from the balcony! Check in was a breeze. The only item I would want to mention is the sheer volume of people selling “cigars, weed, cocaine” At the marina. We politely declined about 40 times, but loved our stay in Cabo!

Beautiful house and views. Cristina was awesome and easy to get in touch with! Overall the house was fantastic, very clean, well equipped, beds were excellent! gorgeous views, lots of space pool, lounge areas, and grill patio upstairs was a great place to relax. Overall a beautiful rental! We had some lovely days here, We would go back tomorrow morning if we could. I really really recommend this place.

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

Randall was very helpful in every respect. We were in a bad situation in that our initial reservation was cancelled while we were in flight to Cabo. Randall was very prompt in answering our questions and quickly provided us with a wonderful place to stay. He made several great recommendations and covered how to operate everything in the condo, making life easy for us. The condo felt open and was well kept. Nice furniture, a comfortable bed and a great shower. What more could one want? The view from the balcony must be the best in Cabo. A beautiful beach and then the bay with the Arch in the background. There was very comfortable deck furniture and the pools were just below our balcony. They were great pools and were never even close to being crowded. The pool swim-up bar was steps away and provided great food, cold drinks at reasonable pricing and servers that were friendly and helpful. We have never had more caring and considerate owners. Had a wonderful weekend in this condo. It’s very quiet and chill. There were at least a couple of restaurants on property so we didn’t have to cook for ourselves very much which is what I like on vacation.

Such a beautiful space and communicative host. My group and I had a last minute booking of this property and could not have enjoyed our time anymore than we did. There’s on-site amenities, yummy coffee shops and, places to eat just a block away! We would 100% book again!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

This is literally the best place to stay in Cabo! You have access to a lot of things in this community of hotels and condos. Pools and jacuzzis and bars and restaurants everywhere. And next to the beaches as well. Very comfortable and clean place. The surround sounds was amazing! Connects through out the whole condo. And most importantly, The best hosts ever! Always helpful and responds quickly. Anything we needed, they were there to help. Thanks Karen and Tasha for our wonderful stay. Will be back again!

The condo at Marina Sol was perfect! The view out to the pool and gardens was beautiful. Being on the second floor was nice because you were up from the ground level, but just 1 level up, so coming and going from the pool and restaurant was really easy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and functional. Washer and dryer were small, but very functional. The A/C units kept things comfortable. Having Scott as a host was like having your own local travel agent on retainer! He arranged our travel to and from the airport, gave great recommendations, and any time we had questions or needed an opinion about something, he was always willing to chime in and help out!

Jennifer was an absolutely amazing host from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—immaculate, clean, and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and it made our stay in Cabo San Lucas smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I was the one who made a few mistakes during my stay, including leaving later than planned due to feeling very sick the night before. I also want to sincerely apologize for any noise disturbances or bringing extra guests over—that was completely my responsibility and not reflective of Jennifer’s hospitality or rules. Despite all that, Jennifer remained professional, kind, and understanding. She truly goes above and beyond as a host. I would absolutely recommend staying at her place to anyone visiting Cabo. If you get the chance to book with her, don’t hesitate—she’s one of the best hosts I’ve come across. Thank you again, Jennifer. I hope to return one day and do it the right way.

If you’re looking for access to a 5 star resort without the 5 star prices then staying at Abir’s condo is the answer! The condo is located at the Zoetry Casa del Mar which focuses on Wellness. As a result the resort provides a beautiful calm environment and is perfect for couples (not many families). We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens and architecture which were much more Mexican in design than some of the larger surrounding resorts. Restaurants on the resort had regularly changing menus so you didn’t even need to leave to enjoy something different each evening. Ubers into Cabo itself and San Juan were easy and groceries just a 15 min ride away at Fresko. Prices were on the higher side for Mexico but to be expected in Baja. Beautiful beach for walking and although we didn’t swim in the ocean, swimmable beaches were in walking distance. We caught the last few days of whale watching which was a gift and enjoyed the Art Walk in San Juan on Thursday evening. Highly recommended!

Unit looks identical to the photos. Host was friendly and responsive. She met us at the check in desk and gave us a tour of the facilities and our room. Unit had plenty of provided necessities, and they even provided some water, beer, chips and salsa :) Great location in the heart of the marina.
