We had a wonderful stay at Casa Juanita.!! Wow we are so impressed…. We immediately felt welcome and at home with personal touches just for us (and our pooch) JoAnn and Cass were excellent to deal with, they both ensured we had everything we needed to have a great holiday. JoAnn’s knowledge of the area and network of local resources were amazing and made it so easy to plan activities, meals and get around ! They were friendly and fun but respectful of our privacy. The house is more beautiful in person, the pictures just don’t do it justice. It has this happy homey vibe and we felt relaxed right away. The sunrise and ocean views from the upstairs master suite king size bed are breathtaking. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is also fantastic! There are many services that come right to the house - amazing catering, massages and mani / pedis. The location is also great. Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo are each 20 minutes away. Highly recommend!

WE can't say enough about Matta's home , we went down to Cabo for a wedding but wanted to stay near San Jose del Cabo, this location was perfect, just outside of San Jose. We did rent a car and we were glad we did, although once we were at the house we didn't want to leave, we spent the majority of our time out on the patio or in the pool. The kitchen was nicely equipped to cook meals and the beds were so comfortable with an amazing view from every room. We would 100% for sure stay here again. Just the best !! Thank you.

Three generations (10people) of my family stayed here for 7 days and everyone loved their accommodations. An unusual layout with a central courtyard with a pool and spa and private entrances to each of the 5 suites. The kitchen, dining area and living room are lined with sliders on both sides that allow easy access to the courtyard or the balcony with an unbelievable 180 degree view. We watched whales and could hear the surprisingly loud boom each time they breached. We hired a private chef for entire time and the well equipped kitchen allowed fantastic meals to be prepared. Our host Michaela was excellent, giving us recommendations for activities, restaurants and a taxi service that was excellent and very responsive. She also pre-stocked the house with food and beverage items just as we requested. Hope this wonderful property is available when we visit next year.

This home and the services are just fantastic. We had the chef a couple of nights, grocery delivery and went down to the marina a couple of times. Irena was super helpful and took amazing care of us. The views are just spectacular and the home is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The only thing I think people should be aware of is that the terrain is very steep so definitely need to be agile. Also, this is in a gated community so it is really secure. I’d advise renting a car as taxi trips for the 10 minute drive to the marina are pretty expensive

Perfect place to stay. The best option compared to anything else we saw in Cabo. Beautiful house and gated community, but still very close walk to downtown and all our activities. It was a perfect place to bond with family and loved ones. Thank you for giving us a home in Cabo!

Holy Cow, What a great view! We were able to stay at Pueblo Bonito, Monte Cristo Estates, Villa #7. The view was absolutely amazing, as was the pool and hot tub. When you stay at the Pueblo Bonito Resort, you will want for nothing. The meals are awesome at the many dining options that are available. Raul, our Concierge, was super helpful in answering any questions that we had. The Sunset Hotel Lobby is stunning. The staff are helpful, always seem to be smiling and will give a friendly wave to any guest who waves to them! Our entire stay was very impressive! Well done!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

It was a beautiful property with lots of great amenities on site. Our toddler loved the kids pool. The hotel is super new and everything was super clean, modern furniture. All the staff is very nice

Beautiful, large, family friendly large apartment oasis in Cabo resort on the beach. Looks better than photos. Lots of amenities. Definitely recommend. There was one small glitch but it was addressed.

Amazing place, perfect location - right on the beach (beach is quiet, beautiful - just not recommended for swimming). Spectacular grounds, clean and quiet pool area - us and our teens enjoyed it everyday. Very close walking distance to some amazing restaurants (Tap Deck our fave!) and grocery store. Quick and inexpensive Uber to town square. Would definitely book #1 again!

This was living in an artist’s dream! 😍 We have stayed and experienced quite a few Airbnb’s, but this was just pulling and tying together all the strings to make it the best ⭐️ Tropical and beach vibes, breezy open living, a house filled with artwork (of the host’s mother) and collected treasures, including carefully handwritten recipes on musky smelling sheets of paper. Autumn was such a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating, highly recommend renting the whole place to get the full experience.

Fabulous home with unbeatable views of The Arch. Very secure neighborhood, perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment available to guests. Private beach a few minutes drive away. Fresko supermarket, Oxxo store and a Puerta Vieja restaurant all within walking distance or a short Uber trip. Stunning sunset views from upstairs balcony. We loved Sean’s home and would definitely go back again!

Very good at accommodating all our needs!

The stay was lovely! It was a very spacious 2 bed condo with a fantastic view and large patio to enjoy. The patio has a dipping pool that we really enjoyed. It is close enough to walk to several restaurants, shops and the marina. There was also a good little grocery story about 2 blocks away. It was very comfy and included all the necessary amenities.

Jorge was great. Helped us a lot. Responsive and kind. The neighborhood is under construction so not a lot of view. The neighbor had dogs and they did bark for good amount of time but we spent lots of time outside of the house so not big deal The place is in good privet area and the fact that is brand newly built is making it great option to have. The palace was exactly as it showed in the pics. I am impressed with the house design and furniture. Super clean house with nice clean pool and jacuzzi. Over all I do recommend this place we had fun.
