Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in El Medano Beach

We had 2 very nice weeks in the accommodation.....perfect weather....good location to quickly reach Cabo, San José, supermarkets, restaurants and the beaches. The house is well equipped. The generously equipped kitchen, a terrace with enough space for breakfast together and the roof terrace with great views of the bay of Cabo including sunset were especially pleasant. We very much appreciated the pool area and the gym as well as the beach utensils (umbrella and beach chairs). You feel very safe in the complex.

Beautiful house and views. Cristina was awesome and easy to get in touch with! Overall the house was fantastic, very clean, well equipped, beds were excellent! gorgeous views, lots of space pool, lounge areas, and grill patio upstairs was a great place to relax. Overall a beautiful rental! We had some lovely days here, We would go back tomorrow morning if we could. I really really recommend this place.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had the absolute BEST time! The house was so beautiful, clean, and even more spacious than we expected. Everything was perfect—from the stunning views to the comfy beds and amazing outdoor area. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, and they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. We had the most wonderful stay at Anissa's. As a family with two small kids, it can be hard to find just the right balance but this place has something for everyone! Really appreciated having the park, big grassy area and pool just a short walk outside and the little backyard was perfect for happy hour every day while kids watched a show in the upstairs TV room. Two amazing restaurants complete with outdoor areas for kids just a short three minute drive down the road: El Huerto and Bonachon. Couldn't have enjoyed more! The best beach, Chileno Bay, a quick ten-minute drive up the highway.

For a large group looking to enjoy Cabo San Lucas, I can't imagine a better place to stay. The space was so beautiful we would have been happy spending our entire vacation at the property! BUT with it being so central it was easy walking to all of the sites, restaurants, and excursions we had planned during our stay. Highly recommend booking the shuttle service for easy travel to and from the airport. Some notes: the pool and hot tub were not filtered upon our arrival, but cleared up by day 2. The hot water in the showers was unpredictable at times.

Laura’s place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that make all the difference. It’s clear that Laura puts a lot of care into every detail, everything was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, Laura is an incredible host! She is warm, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set her apart. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

The location is great, while a lot of the city is loud from the night clubs this spot is quite and peaceful, while still being walkable to the main attractions. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with. Her home is beautiful and super spacious. It is also well equipped with everything you need to cook for a family for a week. Lots of bathrooms and televisions for everybody to enjoy. Also, great location to reach everything in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, including Costco, Walmart, and great local grocery stores. The place was also super clean. Great value. Firstly, amazing Airbnb. The view is to die for. Communication with host could have been better. The lock was very hard the open and the did not provide detailed information on how to open it. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for breakfast and dinner

Amazing place and stay. Super spacious, well laid out and nice. Very good location, very close to downtown, the marina and a variety of beaches by car (10-15 min approx). Catalina was always in communication from the beginning, giving clear instructions to get there and settle in on the site. Highly recommended place on your visit to Los Cabos.

I can see why everybody was raving about this property in their reviews. Five stars does not even begin to sum up how wonderful this place was. The staff is wonderful. The check-in concierge is great and a wonderful touch. They worked with us to check us in early in light of us having a sick child. They ran out and grabbed some blankets for us when the weather was cold. I cannot say enough nice things about the beautiful property and the very nice and clean set up. If they figure out a private access to the pool, they will compete with all five stars hotels in Cabo. I’m a very light sleeper and I hate noise and I did not hear a single thing from any other restaurants downstairs. Beds are great. Everything was super perfect.

Definitely recommend this stay! This was my first time in Cabo, but my partners 5th time going and she mentioned this has been by far the best stay she’s booked thus far. This was conveniently located across Soriana grocery store AND Costco! You don’t need a car for either, they are both a 2 minute walk. The home was well equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc). We were a group of 5 and comfortably fit, though 6 would work well too. The pool was heated. The view from the balcony was perfectly angled to see the famous Arc which looked beautiful sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it! This was about an 11 minute drive to the marina, where you will spend most of your time for activities. I felt very secure and safe in this location, all rooms were clean, neat, and have working AC units. Would highly recommend and rebook this stay!

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.

This was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the amenities of the whole resort. The Co-Host Andrea was outstanding and provided me with a lot of information I request prior to getting there. Once there, she responded to a few inquiries I had and was gracious, accommodating, and responsive in every way. I definitely would recommend booking this Neil's place.
