Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in El Medano Beach

We stayed here for a mellow girls weekend and it was perfect! The photos don't do it justice, it's even better in person! It was big and airy and the perfect retreat. An Uber was always close-by, as well as grocery stores, bars and restaurants, and the beach is a short walk. The beds were big and comfortable, the pool was unheated but a perfect temperature, the jacuzzi heats up quickly, there are some beach/pool items (chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, etc.) that came in handy, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We're already talking about our next visit!

The pictures of this villa do not do it justice! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and luxurious it felt. It was the perfect size for a group of 7 girls and we absolutely loved having the various areas to lounge in - from the beautiful private pool and spacious backyard (walkout from two bedrooms), to the main floor balcony from the kitchen, all the way up to the rooftop terrace… with the most gorgeous view of the ocean and the arch. We even made use of the bbq. The location is safe and private in a gated community, a bit hard to find if you don’t have the exact address but that only happened once with one Uber drive. There is quite a bit of a bumpy drive on a gravel road to get there, but not a big deal at all. Ubers to downtown Cabo and restaurants like Taboo, Rosa Negra and El Huerto Farm to Table were only a short 10-15mins at most, and super affordable! Would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Great nice layout---central location in terms of using for professionals...(not not close to the beach) if you have transportation not a big issue...very large downstairs---and VERY NICELY detailed--comfortable---loved the stay, kitchen, living room---will stay here again.

We are regulars at Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Rose so we were excited to try their new Mavila Villas and absolutely loved it! The villa was brand new, never used. The backyard space with the private heated pool is where we spent most of our time with our toddler. It was nice to have access to all of the resort amenities like the pools and restaurants yet be able to get away and have our own private space to enjoy as a family. As a Mavila guest, all of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts provide you with a 20% discount when dining at their restaurants. Something we never had as regular resort guests so this was a really nice perk that we took advantage of a lot! The villa had top notch appliances, was spotless and comfortable. The management team made check in super easy and were very communicative throughout our trip. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to have a great trip!

Erik’s place is very centrally located. Less than 10 mins walk to the center of San Jose. On a busy street but completely gated and fenced in. The house is very modern and clean. Plenty of space for us. We were only there for 2 nights but it was the perfect spot for what we needed.

This is a wonderful house for a large family to spend Thanksgiving. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even use the entire home! The pool area is amazing as is the firepit and gardens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and essentials such as oils, bottled water, spices and sugar - tons of books and games too. We REALLY appreciated the welcome snacks. The beds were sooooo comfortable and we greatly appreciated the abundance of shower and pool towels. We spent a ton of time lounging on the lovely pool chairs. Our daughter worked remotely two days and the wifi was not a problem. The area is walkable, and the house itself is private, but San Jose is not exactly a quiet town - much quieter than Cabo though. This is not a ding on the host or her home AT ALL, which was a total oasis:) It's not beachfront, but only a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient to the supermarkets for shopping. Overall amazing place to stay!

We had a great time for the third time at Casa Pablo. We love the location and the amenities and the fact that we feel “home”, away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This was our 2nd stay at Laura's condo. Her place is clean, has an awesome cool vibe and has the necessary amenities for bath and kitchen in case you travel light (shampoos, soaps, hairspray, toiletries/local coffee grounds, creamer, snasnacks sugars,etc). She is super at responding quickly and checked in with us via text when we were delayed in arriving. She always treats us with welcoming tequila and sent us off with a bakery box of goodies for the airport. I NEED to know where she found her amazing UK drapes. The interior decor is so cool! The location itself is beautiful, quiet. We did get to play our music by the pool with drinks until 10pm so that was fun. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to the main marina (no hills). Easy to have front door uber driver pick ups and food delivery. Also, being on the 4th floor, great views on the balcony. Thanks again!!

Fantastic residence, outstanding location.

We had a very pleasant stay with Martha. The apartment is great located and close to the city center but still in a quiet area! Martha was always very responsive and made our stay uncomplicated

The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be out of the resort area and above the harbor. The view was pristine, there were hiking trails within walking distance and the pool was conveniently located on the property. The outdoor space was exquisite

Excellent facilities. It has a hot tub on the roof , grill and everything to enjoy privacy. We are delighted that the accommodation had towels , pans, crockery, since being the accommodation several days, we cooked in the apartment and we had everything we needed. It is necessary to bring toilet paper as there was only a couple in the accommodation. The bathrooms feature shampoo , soap , conditioner, hair dryer, so we don't care about it. The living room and terrace have their own bluetooth horn with a good sound , I helped us a lot to set our dinners. The complex is in excellent condition , the elevators, the parking lot for two cars. The security guards were very kind , they gave us the correct instructions It is definitely recommended , the apartment is so spacious , that the 8 people we were , we passed through it comfortably.

I stayed here with 2 girlfriends for my birthday. The unit was beautiful and exactly ass pictured!! Very responsive. I do recommend the chef for breakfast, it was AMAZING. The view was beautiful too! I loved everything about this unit.

Great space and a perfect location in downtown Cabo. Easy walk to the bars where all the action is. Plenty of food options around the marina as well. A great place to stay and was much more affordable than some of the resorts in the area.

Great location! Nice condo equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Tana was responsive and explained everything about the check-in process. I enjoyed the balcony and the marina view. The condo is of a good size as to not feel crowded or cluttered. I will definitely book this place again when I come to Cabo! Thanks Tana!

Beautiful place. Getting in & out is kinda annoying since you have to drive half a mile for a U-turn other than that beautiful, very clean & modern

5 ⭐️ host and accommodations. We have stayed at Misiones before so returning here was without question. The property has a great location and outstanding view. Even without a car you can enjoy your stay here. 5 or more restaurants within walking distance and 2 beautiful beaches. One is your direct view and the other is in your back yard. Fireworks from downtown the 1st night, live music from the restaurant next door literally every other night. This time of year, I recommend because if you can stand the heat it’s like you’ve got the entire place to yourself. It was super peaceful. The host was quick to communicate and really helped us out with an early check in. The unit was clean & offered everything we needed. The patio is right off the pool but has a lot of privacy due to bushes & rock wall of pool. The sun shines all day here and it’s just lovely. The property is for the most part very beautiful and I appreciate the affordability. It’s a value. Great check in as well.

I was there with family for a vacation. The house was very clean and nicely kept. The views from the house is breathtaking— we enjoyed the sunrise everyday. The access to Pueblo resorts is also a great add on. We loved the Sunset resort- the pools, restaurants are nice there. We had an awesome time at this property.

Our annual get away in Cabo. Has everything you need, responsive and attentive host, close enough to downtown but also far enough outside of it.

My stay in Cabo was absolutely amazing, everything about the place was exactly as described; beautiful and very clean. The property in which the Airbnb is located is huge and has 2 beautiful swimming pools with a nice view of the ocean. Alberto and his team were responsive if we ever had any questions before and during our stay. The downtown area is less than 10 mins drive and I would recommend Ubering to and from that way there’s no need to find parking as it’s a little difficult in some areas. I will definitely be booking will Alberto and his team again. 5 Stars!!
