The apartment is really nice. We enjoyed our stay there. The rooms and the amenities are excellent. The apartment offers a good view. Multiple grocery stores were easily accessible and this was very useful for us. The host is extremely helpful and took care of our requests in a timely and proactive manner. The whole experience was exceptionally good. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The place is beyond my expectations with easy access to everything that I ever needed. Hanoi is a busy city so if u want to stay in a place thats peaceful and safe then this is definitely a go-to. Also the private onsen bathtub and sauna is a real advantage for me because i just love hot water and the place was all clean and tidy. Easy access to pool and the public onsen place is also very nice except it could be a bit crowded on specific time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone plan to visit Hanoi or just want some days off after busy working days.

The house is cozy and clean, tidy. the host is very enthusiastic and quick response. The apartment is only about 500m to the sea and the lake is easy to walk to relax and enjoy the view. BBQ area is also very convenient Thanks for creating a great experience

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay in Hanoi! We actually didn’t stay at this listing in the end as the accommodation had a pipes issue before we arrived, but the host moved us to a different airbnb that was the same size and style in a similar location so we were happy. It was beautiful, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

This spot puts you at the doorstep of the old quarter. Besides the vast number of restaurants there are also plenty of tour companies, banks, and pharmacies nearby. Be warned you are in the thick of things so you’ll hear the hustle and bustle of the city. That said, space is as advertised!

The apartment is functional very well decorated and clean. The residential area is quiet and very beautiful and modern. The accommodation is located 30 minutes by car from the center of Hanoi which is quite close and allows you to stay a little away from the noise of the center.

Super nice. For living here, the location of this apartment is very convenient which has markets, restaurants and my favorite coffee around. House is clean. People live here are all very nice, not only the neighborhoods but also Vincent and Lucy( householders). Vincent and Lucy help me to solve many problems about living here, I’m really thankful that. I’m sure everyone could enjoy staying here. Btw, green plants made me feel positive and healthy just like the householders’ lifestyle.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .
