Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

They answered all my questions during my stay very politely and it was very helpful. The room was very clean. There were restaurants and an AEON supermarket nearby, which was convenient. I was able to experience traveling as if I were living in Hanoi. It's a little far from Hanoi's Old Quarter, but it's close to the pottery village.

A light-filled, clean room with full facilities and luckily it is located right in the food neighborhood of Hanoi with many famous delicacies that need not go far just a few steps to the famous restaurants and beautiful places of Hanoi: West Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Cua Bac relic, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Sword Lake & Old Quarter area. We had a very nice time at Huyens Apartment! It is a very nice and authentic house and the room was very spacious. Huyen was easy to reach by WA and gave us great recommendations. Her parents were very kind and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and we had our own washing machine, which was great! can definetely recommend!

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

The location is very convenient to go to the Old Quarter. Catching grab/taxi is very quick and fast. The apartment is airy. The only negative is that it is a bit noisy due to the proximity to the big road. And the smell at the drain in the kitchen sink was a bit smelly. And everything is perfect

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

We liked the Ecopark residential complex, there is green around, there is a place to walk, the house has a swimming pool with a sauna, which was a very nice bonus! The apartment is equipped with all necessary facilities to live.

It's a good accommodation for the price. A family of five stayed for 4 days, and I slept comfortably. If you pay a little, they also clean up after you. (Towel change, duvet change) We recommend preparing your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is quiet because it is a reasonable distance from the center of Hanoi.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mai's apartment. Mai's team were great with communication leading up to and during my stay. The apartment was nicely decorated with quality furniture in a new building. The amenities were also great and made staying at Mai's apartment comfortable. I was able to comfortably plan the rest of my Vietnam trip with great WiFi. I would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Hanoi!

Emmi is a fantastic and very helpful host. Her cosy place is only 300m from the Els Golf Academy which is a nice executive par 3 golf course with driving range which is why I’ve chosen her place so that it’s convenient to practice golf with my 10 year old son. Just below her apartment, there is a cafe, hair salon, pharmacy and mini mart. There’s also a very nice Japanese restaurant near the golf range.

This is the best host we came across during our visit in Vietnam, She has nice apartment in Times City which is very friendly place to stay with your family. She was very helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.

The living experience is very good, the landlord is very nice, and the house is quiet and suitable for leisure and vacation.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We returned to Korea after a 24-day trip to Vietnam. During my stay, I made a lot of good memories without difficulty with the careful consideration of the building owner. It was a fun time such as SaPa, Halong Bay, Ninhbinh sightseeing, and Hanoi attraction tour, and it was good because the weather was not hot. I'm going to recommend Airbnb and Eco park accommodation to my friends in Korea.
