Condo vacation rentals in Ecopark Township, Xuân Quan

Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

A really nice stay a short walk out of the busy area of Hanoi. It was a short walk to many wonderful restaurants and nestled into a beautiful old French building. The room was amazing and Huyen and her Mum were so helpful and attentive.

This is the best host we came across during our visit in Vietnam, She has nice apartment in Times City which is very friendly place to stay with your family. She was very helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.

Super nice. For living here, the location of this apartment is very convenient which has markets, restaurants and my favorite coffee around. House is clean. People live here are all very nice, not only the neighborhoods but also Vincent and Lucy( householders). Vincent and Lucy help me to solve many problems about living here, I’m really thankful that. I’m sure everyone could enjoy staying here. Btw, green plants made me feel positive and healthy just like the householders’ lifestyle.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

Nice place on good location

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

On the contrary to how most reviews are rated on Airbnb, I typically would give 3 stars to a place where the accommodation is fine and I'm overall satisfied. I would give a 4 if the place does that little extra. I would only give 5 to places that are exceptional compared to others, so by definition, 5s would be rare. Even if reviews on Airbnb were graded like this I would still give this a 5! The standard here is pretty much like at home (central Oslo), not much noise or traffic. Just be aware that if you're only visiting Hanoi for a few days and want to experience the city centre and all it's attractions, this location might not be for you since it is a suburb outside of the city. I could definitely see myself living here long term.

Emmi is a fantastic and very helpful host. Her cosy place is only 300m from the Els Golf Academy which is a nice executive par 3 golf course with driving range which is why I’ve chosen her place so that it’s convenient to practice golf with my 10 year old son. Just below her apartment, there is a cafe, hair salon, pharmacy and mini mart. There’s also a very nice Japanese restaurant near the golf range.
