We loved our stay, it was quiet and the top balcony is such a beautiful surprise :) Lan's was very communicative and responsive, all went well, thanks for hosting us.

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

We are a group of 15 person, all very happy staying at hung's place. The house was very nice, we also can cook for our dinner. The host was also very nice person, they respond very fast. Sure will stay and next time

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots, restaurants, and public transport. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

Nice place for a big group of friends and family

I loved this villa, being in the small pool overlooking the rice field was a truly memorable experience. I could see local people working in the field, buffalo not far with a bicycle ride. The home was modern and a delight to stay in. Anna was a wonderful host and went out of her way to help us.

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

Firstly I would like to touch on the responsiveness and attentiveness of the Host/Co hosts. They are overwhelmingly helpful with every question/query I have and not only with the apartment but with other things as well. I have not waited any longer than five minutes for a reply and their communication and transparency with absolutely everything is above and beyond and by far the best out of any airbnb I have stayed in. Nhi especially has gone the extra mile for me no matter how small my request/query and it has made my stay extremely streamlined and easy and I am so grateful to have her as my point of contact. The room gets a deep clean once every week which is always communicated to me beforehand. It has all of the appliances and facilities I need to live comfortably (washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, fridge etc) This apartment is perfect for anyone staying long term or short term and it is within walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. It is located in a quiet area and most things are in walking distance on both sides of the river. Check in is easy as they meet you and show you how everything works. The apartment is a great size and furnished with high quality furniture. We stayed for almost a month and have booked again for next year. It is that good. The host was amazing every time we had a slight problem it was sorted straight away, which you do not get with all hosts! I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Danang.

Surprise, surprise - We booked it again, even when the price was increased :) So , have the opportunity to have a second opinion: This is not a regular Airbnb stay - it is actually more like a home stay. It is clean, quiet and spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with toilets) new apartment. Everything is nearby: convenient shops are near the entrance, bank and ATM is 3 minutes away, even a quality Dong Hair Salon is 2 minutes away. The time there goes fast, so better book quickly and for few weeks. There is a small bonus - a drinking water (triple filtered) tap :) This is an absolute gem, not only in Haiphong, but compared to many other stays. It may also turn you into a returning customer ! Looking forward for my third stay :)

I was able to rest comfortably before heading out on a family trip~

My stay was very positive. The complex is fantastic, great for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful villa with a private pool immersed in silence and relaxation. Thank you Tramy for always being very helpful, at any time of the day or week. I will take a beautiful memory of this fantastic place to my heart.

Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

My family and I, including our dog, really enjoyed staying at Shina and Christina's villa. They were so friendly, responsive to queries or issues, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and people to contact for different items such as motorbikes. We rented motorbikes which was perfect as the beach and the town area was about 5 minutes away by motorbike. The villa is private and the perfect size. Our check in and check out process went smoothly and the service was great! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day!

The view of the accommodation was so good! The host responded quickly, and was very kind. The pool is also continuously maintained, and you can use the facilities in the resort. I want to come to this place again next time I go to Hoi An.

We absolutely adored our stay here. The location is so lovely, along the river, very walkable with friendly locals. Great little shop for basics just up the laneway, and Breeze for dinner was a lovely experience. The breakfasts at the villa are so delicious, and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The villa itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and so relaxing. Mark was a wonderfully accommodating host, helping us with transfers, massages, laundry and perfect recommendations. Exceeded our expectations, wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.
