The host was very helpful and the location of this place was great for someone who is visiting Hanoi for the first time. Cleanliness could have been better there were dusty corners. I hope the host will take this feedback.

Phuc is an excellent landlord with great communication skills in English. He's very responsive - when our TV broke down, he replaced it with a new one within a week. He also promptly installed a water filter upon our request. The apartment itself is in fantastic condition and has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with relatively little road traffic compared to the rest of Hanoi, and clean sidewalks. There are many cafes and a shopping mall nearby. There’s also an affordable direct VinBus service to the airport. My wife and I highly recommend staying at Phuc's place.

Probobky the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed at. From laundry detergent to salt and pepper. I didn't have to go and buy anything. The location is about 20 min drive from the city center which is perfect because you get real local prices and taste at the many local restaurants and coffee shops. There is a gym nearby with lovely staff also. The area is quiet considering it is an area still under construction. I slept well and had no problems at all. The host is also very kind and friendly. 10/10

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

We had a great couple of days stay at Vespers place. Brilliant location right in the middle of Old Quarter. Vespers recommendations were really helpful.

Super easy to find and a beautiful place to stay in Hanoi. We found the place clean and comfortable! The host was lovely, she gave us very cute gifts upon check out and let us know when we had tours waiting outside for us. Thank you again for having us!

Ahn was an amazing host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was always available for assistance or even recommendations and very friendly too. You couldn't ask for a better host. The apartment is exactly like the photos and very cosy, and the bed is very, very comfortable, we would highly recommend the property and host and would 100% stay again in the future.

Very helpful host and a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 flights of stairs with bags is difficult if he has not mentioned that. Helped us arrange airport pick up and drop off. There’s a nice coffee shop next door and lots of restaurants walkable. There was very loud construction noise and vibrations throughout our stay… not in the owner’s control. We’d love to come back!

We had an amazing time in Hanoi, Vietnam and we truly believe that staying in this particular airbnb not only made the trip feel more authentic but just that much more special. The Vietnamese culture is beautiful. The people there! I will remember this forever. Diep and the others were very helpful & responsive. The place was clean and right in the middle of EVERYTHING. It was a nice experience at Hanh's place. We went to the wrong address, make sure you type in the full address that given by them. It was easy to find, but if you are carrying lots of luggages, there are a bit of narrow steps getting into the place, other than that, it was easy peasy. The place is clean, nicely designed, have all the things that you need in a space. There is nothing much around the area, but it's about 15mins walk to the happening site, because we enjoyed walking, therefore it's not an issue to us. Overall, it's a comfy place to stay in and friendly + helpful host.

Great location, great host, they helped us to arrange transfer from airport to the apt, everything went smoothly even though it was late at night, he was always online to assist in case anything came up. Close to almost everything.

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer!
