Area with local places just an alleyway away. Tourist attractions are a bit far for walking (train street 25min walk). Bed: I didn't mind the hard mattress, but the default bedding wasn't breathable, had night sweats. Contact Hoang for help.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this old home - tucked away from the busy Main Street but in a perfect location! I highly recommend the place to anyone coming to Hanoi. It is nested in amongst local homes which made my initial arrival confusing to some of the neighbours! A great place to have a more local experience too :) Before I even booked this place Nana and Minh Anh were there to assist. They provided me with amazing recommendations to visit and spent so much out of their time to ensure I was well looked after. I will be sure to recommend to all of my friends :)

Ly was a really attentive host. Easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfect for what I wanted. Access to gym and pool was easy. The area is unique and full of shops, restaurants and cool parks.

Excellent apartment to stay in. Very neat. Far from the center but that's what the price is too.

The place was even better than described. It looked beautiful and was very comfortable. It is in a very calm halley with complete silence at night. We had no problems with any smell from the toilet as other reviews mentioned. The apartment was immaculately clean and smelled super fresh during the whole stay. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We weren't expecting that much and it was great to keep our things organized. The stairway leading to the apartment is narrow and can be hard for people with conditioned mobility, although it was fine for us! We were 15/20min walking from the Old Town and the lake, and just across the street from the train station.

The room is clean, fragrant. There is a water heater. Nice view. There is a projector to watch movies. The projector was a bit dusty that needed to be cleaned as it was placed above the bed. Friendly host, quick message rep. Simple, cute room design. Overall 5/5 stars.

Everything was as explained. We can easily access to anywhere, it is local area in the small alley so you can sneak pick local people’s life. There is chichi noodle shop in the entrance alley only for early morning which cost you less than 2USD. It was amazing. Need to try egg coffee which is right in front of the house. Full of locals. Host responded every second without any delay. Wish to come back next time again.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

The location of the homestay is particularly good, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, just a one-minute walk from the intercontinental hotel, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores around, which is very convenient, and we love the view along the lake.The house is beautiful, we had a wonderful Spring Festival here, the terrace on the top level was beautiful and unfortunately not available to enjoy.The host is welcoming, responsive, and grateful to meet

Everything you can wish for. The apartment is clean, close to the city centre (5 mins by walk to the Opera building and ~15 to the Hoan Kiem lake). There are four toilets in the apartment and a TV setup with Netflix. Certainly recommended.

We stayed for 5nights and it was totally good place to stay in Hahoi. The location is nice, near the old district and lots of restaurants and bar. It only take around 15-20 minutes on foot from Tea’s place. For the place, we rent the whole house which includes 1/F, 2/F, 3/F and the roof. Everything was clean and cozy as the pictures provided. Especially for the roof, the mini-golf game provided was fun, we were having a great time, and it was a good roof for us to chat and chill. Also, it would really appreciate Tea, Deci, especially Ryan that hosted us. First of all, they are very responsible and reply quickly all the time. When we are visiting in Hahoi, Ryan and Deci provided the tour guide to us and they are very friendly. Love to chat with them , also Ryan took us to a local restaurant for having a dinner together. It was memorable. Tea arranged the 16-seater car for us to the airport as well. Also the price was reasonable. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this lovely B&B!

This hospitality is quite good to enjoy the weekend at Ecopark. Suitable for family of 6-7 people and there are a lot amentities around this place. Highly recommend this place when you have a trip to Ecopark.

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

We stayed at this place first and ended up staying again at one of Austin’s other units. Both were great and would stay here again. It’s spacious and close to everything.

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Ánh went above and beyond to make my trip seamless and memorable. Even before I arrived, she provided detailed information about Hanoi and recommended activities near her place, which really helped me plan my stay. Her apartment is located in a quiet, modern neighborhood—about 30 minutes from the Old Quarter—offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. During my stay, Ánh was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, always ready to answer questions and suggest things to do. What truly set her apart was how she supported me at the end of my Vietnam adventure. When my flight was delayed for several hours after check-out, she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable—organizing a nearby spot for me to rest, store my luggage, and enjoy some much-needed air conditioning. She even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. Ánh’s kindness and dedication made all the difference.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at Viet Anh's apartment. Everything was thoughtfully prepared before our arrival, making check-in seamless. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Its location was perfect, with many great restaurants just a short walk away. We felt a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded promptly to any questions we had.
