Delightful stay, room was cosy and super clean. Warm and comfortable too - the place felt very homely. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and we enjoyed the privacy of the dining area (with a welcome addition in Norman). Gina was very friendly and helpful throughout - would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a restful, peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. A friendly family welcome - we were made to feel at home from the start. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent, and set us up for a full day's walking. The local pub was a great place to relax and dine after a strenuous day. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very well decorated. We loved the sitting area, and the bath was gorgeous! Nice addition of bath robes which we used after our soak. Excellent value for money. We went downstairs and bought some deli items for dinner, it was fab! Would highly recommend a stay here.

We loved Pablo’s place. Everything was neat, tidy and clean. Super flexible check in and it was on Easter Day which makes it even more amazing! I would definitely recommend it and stay again next time in Newark!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lower Farm. Pippa and her husband were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way to the Lower Farm and we couldn't arrive on the day we were planning to arrive. But Pippa was so kind to offer us to stay for another night for free which was really kind. We hopefully come back soon and enjoy the lovely surroundings and the great hospitality!

A great place to stay for countryside nature and walking.Very comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and Gina goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Amazing place!! Fab suite, super comfy with lots of little luxury extras. The Deli food was fantastic and very popular with locals and visitors alike. Brilliant location with lovely walks across the marshes and nice pubs. Pillows could be a little softer but that's personal preference and the bed was lush. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the North Norfolk coast and we'll definitely be back!

It was an incredible experience, and the perfect get away. The wife loved the room, the window view, and the fact it's a working farm too. We only met Charlie who was really welcoming, genuine and made our stay personal. We will definitely go again. Thank you Sarah and James

This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings and a luxurious room. The hosts were incredible, going above and beyond in every way. From the homemade cake and flapjack in the bedroom, to the 3 course breakfast full of homemade treats- everything was perfect! And to top it all off Kelly made such an effort to bake and provide gluten free options too. Thank you David and Kelly for such a wonderful getaway. X

From the reservation onwards, everything was really straightforward. Jessica and John were extremely helpful and the room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. I had sole use of the nearby bathroom too. I felt completely at ease and really enjoyed talking to Jessica. I would certainly book again when visiting the area.

Stunning massive room in a family home set in lovely surroundings. It’s remote so I’d advise any guests to drive or be very active, the area is beautiful and it was perfectly located for East Kirkby Airfield where we wanted to attend an event. Great breakfast and very welcoming hosts with their cat masters ;-). Would absolutely stay again when visiting the area.

Lovely, friendly and relaxing stay. Very comfortable room in pleasant surroundings. A little oasis in the area. Superb garden to stroll around. Good breakfast and nothing too much trouble for Ellen!

Silke and Kevin were very friendly and happy/ eager to help, and made our Golden Retriever Alfie feel very welcome as well. Beautiful, peaceful view sitting on the settee in the bedroom. Warm and comfortable, lovely bath.

Lesley was a very welcoming host. She has a great personality. The bed was very comfortable and my sleep quality was great . The room was a good temperature. The bathroom was clean with a wide range of toiletries to choose from. The shower was powerful and hot. Overall I enjoyed my short stay here. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding close by. Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation in a converted barn, modern with character, spotless bathroom, lovely bedroom with all the amenities, sofa, super comfy bed and absolutely amazing air con! Private parking to top it off and a great breakfast selection.

We loved our stay with Clare and Shawn, they both made us feel very welcomed and were so giving of their time to answer questions and converse about the area. They both offered to help us with some personal needs that were above and beyond and completely unexpected. The room was very comfy, I loved being able to open the window and sleep comfortably with fresh air. Breakfast was delivered to our door at the time we specified, it was delicious and well thought out, it was actually more than we could consume but we were able to grab the fresh fruit for our car ride that day. I also appreciated that the space included a separate room where I could go relax with my coffee and tablet while my husband was still sleeping the next morning. We felt very safe in the home and the area which was quiet and peaceful.
