We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Gills place. It was easy to find, with some additional instructions. A gorgeous location, perfect for 4 city girls! Gills home is spacious, neat and tidy. The layout is perfect for taking time out or sitting and having a girlie giggle with friends. Everything is carefully thought through, the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. Gill also gave us a cheeky late check-out which was much needed. Thank you Gill 💖

Have just returned from a weekend at Woodpecker. Was amazing from start to finish, we were staying as a family of four to reconnect and unplug and we definitely got that. Highly recommended, looks even better in the flesh with some quirky features and the hot tub was spotless and looked brand new. Kids had an awesome time exploring the forest. Didn’t want to leave, we are looking at when we can come back. Thank you everyone at Happy Valley.

Truly special place for all and particularly for us with our four children. The woods, den building and genuinely peaceful vibe was a big win for all.

We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! Just spent a lovely Christmas at heathers beautiful cottage.very well equipped,thoughtful gift basket left for us.spotlessly clean.amazing hot tub,so peaceful and amazing views.had a lovely Christmas Eve at Tattershall farm park,about 20 minutes drive away.if your looking for getaway from it all with family,this is definitely the place for you. Had a lovely stay at The Retreat. Louise covered everything that we may need to know prior to our visit. So many extra little touches that just added to the experience. Walkable distance to the local shop and restaurants/ pubs and a short drive into Lincoln. Lovely, clean and spacious. Thank you for providing us with a much needed break! X

Cannot recommend this barn (and the others!) enough! This is my second visit to this gorgeous place and is my favourite staycation by far! All the amenities are amazing, from the gorgeous rooms, the INCREDIBLE hot tub, the space, the wonderful kitchen and bbq! It’s such a treat staying here and hate leaving when we do! Super short trip into town if you want to explore but to be honest, the barn is too nice to leave! Thank again to such a wonderful host that is so welcoming! Hopefully see you next year!

Just stayed over the Twixmas period. The house was very centrally located in the cathedral quarter, with quaint shops and pubs within a 1 minute walk. Even though very central the house was very quiet, so best of both worlds. The house had every amenity required for our stay, it is very tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. It was very easy to find the house and also easy to get inside. The parking permit was a great bonus and we found parking easy on the street approx 3 min walk away. Joy was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We would very much recommend this house. The perfect stay in Lincoln.

Mel was so accommodating especially as we booked on the day of arrival! The cottage is beautiful and spacious and we felt so at home here! Great local walks and beautiful scenery all around! Would love to come back!

Beautiful place, extremely spacious and had everything needed for my family and myself. The Fresh bread and eggs provided were delicious. Claire was extremely helpful from the moment of booking. Wonderful stay and a bargain for what you get. Would 100% recommend!

We spent a fantastic weekend at the house, it’s in a perfect location. The house is clean and well appointed. Communication with the hosts was excellent, very helpful and speedy responses.

We booked Paula’s place to meet up with friends over from Australia. Everything about the place was great. Lovely comfy beds and bedding. Good quality right throughout. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so peaceful and the night sky was so amazing. Paula was always very responsive and offered us an early check in and we needed a bit later check out which was offered and greatly appreciated. Some lovely walks close by and we would highly recommend the Splashes to eat out at. Lovely food and very dog friendly. Great beaches within easy driving distance. If we are in the area again would definitely consider staying here and would highly recommend to others. Thank you Paula for being a great host.

very responsive host. lovely clean accommodation. a little more signage at the end of the road would of helped but no issue to turn around at the dead end.

Katy’s place is a modern conversion of the upper part of a wooden barn/shed building. It is approximately 5 minutes drive from the Colsterworth exit of the A1 which was perfect for us as we were visiting family locally and in Grantham, which is just 15 minutes drive away (A1 or country roads). The location is in a beautiful, quiet countryside setting and there is plenty of parking. The accommodation was modern and clean, and filled with lovely little touches that most Airbnb’s never offer - we arrived to freshly made flapjacks (the best we’ve ever tasted); clean and fluffy towels; cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam, orange juice plus tea, coffee and herbal teas. The bed was comfortable. The blinds on the velux windows were blackout so the place was totally dark to sleep in. There was no noise other than nature. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The water was super hot and the heating was quick to warm everything up. We met Katy on departure who was super friendly too. Great stay!

Fantastic week at Belton Woods Lodge. David was a great host with clear communication and information received prior to stay. Hope to book again!

Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

The Holliday caravan House offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are elegantly furnished, and very clean. The common living room making it an ideal spot for both leisure and special events. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room and lovely hot tub if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique lodging experience, this Holliday caravan House is a fantastic choice.

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

The location is idyllic for a peaceful break. We were there aeroplane spotting at RAF Coningsby and the location was easy to respond to action on the airfield. Holiday club house in the evening with the usual entertainment made it more like a holiday.
