The Perch was a lovely peaceful place to stay, especially because it overlooked a beautiful salt marsh with many birds. It is close driving distance to downtown Manteo. The apartment was very clean, very well decorated and had a very nice kitchen with all the supplies to cook. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like books available and a bag with towels and bug spray by the door.

Sara’s place made us feel right at home! It was right in the heart of everything so there was local restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and the beach all right there within walking distance! It was quiet, comfortable, and Sara was great with sending up messages with local recommendations. OBX is our home away from home and we’re so happy we got the chance to stay at this Airbnb with amazing views of the ocean one way and gorgeous sunsets the opposite direction, so no matter which way you looked out of the Airbnb it was beautiful 🩷
