3td time staying with Julie!!! Absolutely lovely and peaceful. She even had a Christmas tree up and lights on the deck!!!! A wonderful place to stay!!

Great location that is walking distance from a lot of places. Cathy responds fast and shows she really cares about your experience.

The place is unique and the location is great! House is clean and felt right at home, very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet with people. Very responsive with messages which is always a good thing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the place to others.

Best not to rent if stairs are a problem for anyone because no bathroom on the main floor & long flight of stairs up or down to access one. Downtown and within walking range of many restaurants, breweries and bars. Cathedral right across the street is gorgeous and the church bells can be heard tolling during the day. Parking is a little iffy on the street but the host has provided two parking spots off the street on nearby lots. Unit is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Quiet and beds were really comfortable! Basement bedroom is basically a studio suite with only curtains to section the bedroom from the rest. Upstairs bathrooms are beautiful with one being an en suite. Rain shower heads all around and a big soaking tub available. Kitchen has great supplies for cooking and we enjoyed the complimentary beverages in the fridge! Will definitely think of this place whenever in Dubuque area!
