Great place for our stay in Dubuque.

Tanya’s place was perfect for our girl’s weekend. I would HIGHLY recommend the spa services. It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed. We will be checking out the other locations in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy and nicely decorated home. Very clean. No complaints at all about the host or house. My only thing to point out is the long flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. If you have a problem with stairs this is not the place for you! But otherwise, if that doesn’t matter to you, we highly recommend booking here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was much larger than expected, we enjoyed having two living spaces. The views from both front living room and back balcony were great. Bathroom and kitchen were updated and the place was nicely decorated.

Cozy and comfortable to stay at. Clear instructions and assistance with the snow removal. We really Enjoy our stay highly recommended it!!

Very cute apartment and very walkable to a number of downtown locations. I had a very comfortable stay and all the instructions for getting in were clear and extremely easy to follow, including photos of exactly what parking spot to park in. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place. Have stayed twice now. Plenty to do in the area with easy access to food and drinks. The place is exactly as described.

We had a great time, the house was well stocked and everything was lovely. Only downside was street parking but we had no problem finding a spot to park no matter the time of day we came back to the house.

This home was so comfortable and clean. It was spacious and homey. It had everything we needed for our time there. The outside stairs were a bit of a challenge for loading up in the rain. But the weather was not their fault. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean, well decorated- even with Christmas decorations, and Krista has thought through every detail!

Absolutely wonderful apartment; clean, homey, well-stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention, we would come back for the shower alone! A few things of note, there is no designated parking, only street parking (but we never had an issue finding a spot). Also, there are two different apartments above the restaurant so we had some confusion figuring out which door to go to upon check in. Overall, an excellent stay that I’d definitely recommend!

This was the perfect little apartment needed for a lil getaway. There is a kitchen with all the necessary items to make dinner, a little living room to play a game or watch a movie, and a cozy bedroom with the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Thanks again for the added snacks that were perfect after I forgot to bring food.

In Dubuque for business. Needed downtown location. The space is exactly as promised, including garage parking and an elevator. I used the stairs primarily, but it was nice to have the elevator to get luggage in and out. The location is on Main Street. It can get busy with bars, cars, and pedestrian traffic on Friday night, but I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me. If you are the early to bed type, pack earplugs. If you are a nightlife type, this is a really great spot. There is a really nice porch looking over the Mississippi River - kind of an urban landscape, but I liked it. Everything was very clean. Not cluttered (how I like it). Two big TV's. I don't watch much TV, so i can't tell you about the service. Bed was very comfortable (very firm mattress). Seemed like there was a futon couch for another sleeper. Didn't use the kitchen, but I could have cooked a full meal in it, and dishwasher for clean up. Great location. Great price. I would go there again.

I am very picky when it comes to where we stay. This apartment was gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and clean. Lots of upgrades. We have stayed at some rentals that didn’t have much linens. This place had plenty! Jennifer was always quick to respond. We accidentally locked the bottom lock on the door and she was there within 10 minutes to unlock it. We were considering leaving early due to the hurricane and Jennifer was very accommodating. We will return!

The hosts were helpful with instructions to get to the apartment and with things we needed at the apartment. The apartment was nice too.

Place was close to everything, above a lovely coffee shop, was squeaky clean, and very well stocked. Jenn was a great communicator - check in was a breeze and she was quick to respond to any questions. Plus - a private hot tub!

Very nice place. Jacuzzi bath and nice shower/bathroom. Host was responsive and helpful. Had a great stay internet was spotty but host went above and beyond and has great internet now

Jenn was a wonderful host! What a gem of a place, really beautiful! The coffee shop downstairs is very charming and is a must when you stay. It was a very special birthday getaway and we picked the perfect spot! Best, Clark & Marsha Wilson
