Honestly the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures do not do justice. It’s immaculate clean, like barefoot and nothing gets on your feet. It’s the most relaxing and tranquil home I’ve ever been in. Tons of food you can order from door dash. Amy was the best host, and had the house stocked with more than ever imaginable. I can’t wait to come back, we all are in love with this home.

Fully Furnished Entire Home 4bdrms! Super Clean!

Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

This was a great stay! The host was helpful and proactive with communication, especially after a storm hit town and the power was down for a time. When we arrived, the house was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing. I would stay here again!

We had a great time in our cottage! The area that it is in is so beautiful and there’s something so special about staying in a historic area. Directly outside of our cottage was beautiful outdoor seating that made it look and feel like a cozy grove. It totally exceeded expectations and we’d love to stay again.

We had a great stay! Our family enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we liked hanging out on the patio and deck. We appreciated the instructions and local suggestions. Host was responsive and communicative. Also had accommodations for our small dog! Worked really well for our family.

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone staying in or around downtown Little Rock. The residence was very well maintained and comfy. Close to the River Market and Convention Center, but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet stay. View from the terrace is great as well.

Wonderful stay! Came for Little Rock marathon weekend and this was a perfect location! Easy to get to the race and the rooftop hot tub felt amazing on tired legs. I would highly recommend. The communication was very good and they were very responsive.

I will start with, Linda was unbelievably friendly, just a super nice lady! Her house was immaculate too! The only thing that threw us off was, when I booked the room, she accurately described it as a room in her house, but my understanding was it would be accessible via code from the outside. As it turns out, I think she was asked by ABNB to offer another room for the eclipse traffic and she was offering a spare bedroom on the other side of her actual living quarters. Let me be clear, this was not a problem, just unexpected. She was very accommodating and made sure we knew how to get in and where everything was. We had our own bathroom and a locked room. As I described, the room and the bath were decorated nicely and super clean. Linda did not bother us at all. After she showed us around we left to visit our daughter at her college, didn't get back until late, and we left the next morning before anyone was up so we didn't see her again. Nice stay.

This place is the BEST place to stay if you’re in the central Arkansas area. This house is BEAUTIFUL on the pictures and even more BEAUTIFUL in person!! The owner is very professional and, helpful! Don’t search any further, pick this property right now!

Clean home, comfortable bed, very quiet neighborhood, great communication. If you are a sensitive sleeper, curtains were not light-blocking. But so quiet otherwise it is very peaceful.
