Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

I always stay here when i visit the area. Safe, clean and close to everything. Love this place!

super cute place! Andrea is very friendly, helpful and responsive. unfortunately we didn't get to stay because the power had been knocked out due to recent storms. Andrea was very easy to get ahold of the whole time and quickly made sure we were issued a refund when we decided to go back home. I would love to visit this place again because it is adorable and is in a really cool neighborhood.

We had a wonderful & quick stay at The Baker’s home! We really needed a place to crash on our road trip from San Antonio to St. Louis and this was the perfect home for that! It was very clean and had everything we could need and we got to bring our pup with us! Highly recommend staying at this home if you’re passing through! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location near downtown. Good communication with check in and exactly what we were looking for in a girls trip. Neighborhood felt safe and we appreciated having the water and dryer just in case we needed it.

Sharon was an amazing host. Our family enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house. It was very comfortable and a great quiet neighborhood. Sharon informed us about the road construction, and she wasn’t kidding! My daughter asked, where did they find that many cones? It didn’t bother us or impede any of our travel plans, but you will need to drive with caution. Thanks Sharon for a wonderful stay!

This is a great duplex in a cute, walkable area. It worked very well for traveling with a toddler. The host was quick to respond to any messages and instructions were clear. We would be happy to stay in this rental again the next time we come to town.

I loved every bit of the stay! Stephanie and Jason were so thoughtfully accommodating and communicative and so sweetly understanding of the details of traveling with my senior dog. The home is cozy and lovingly outfitted and had everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, let alone the single night I booked. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful and so pleasant for walking my dog. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom plenty, and the space of it all feels even roomier than the photos would suggest. I highly recommend this home, the particular unit I booked (#2), and these folks as hosts. Any future Little Rock opportunities I may have, I hope to repeat this booking. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s. It was conveniently located to many things. We enjoyed the zoo and some shopping. The complex was very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.

Paul place was wonderful, extremely quiet and peaceful. It is not far from downtown and other surrounding area of Little Rock. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Lori‘s place was absolutely adorable and in a perfect location. There was even an event going on a few blocks away with increased traffic and people directing cars and we still had street parking right in front of the apartment. She was super proactive and responsive. Would recommend her apartment to anyone.

Came for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect spot. Super homey and clean. I will highly recommend in the future!

My son stayed at Darren's place while visiting the University of Central Arkansas. Darren was helpful, flexible and friendly. His place was a great value and in a location that was very convenient for us. We would definitely book again!

I live outside of Little Rock but travel here to work here several times a month. This is my go-to place to stay and I always enjoy it. Angela is a great host and the place is always clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Angela’s place was great. The arcade room is so fun! There’s a beautiful lake just down the hill that you can walk to. We loved our stay and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista’s place! Everything was as described and more. The hot tub was perfection and the bed was so comfortable!! Vista was also very concerned about us when we hadn’t been in touch and a tornado warning came in around the time we were planning to check in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We lived our stay here and will for sure be back when we visit family in Conway again 😁

Honestly the best air bnb we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures do not do justice. It’s immaculate clean, like barefoot and nothing gets on your feet. It’s the most relaxing and tranquil home I’ve ever been in. Tons of food you can order from door dash. Amy was the best host, and had the house stocked with more than ever imaginable. I can’t wait to come back, we all are in love with this home.

Great place to stay ! The sun rise and sun set over the lake is beautiful! The house was super clean nice and everything we needed for a stress free get away with the family !

My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful, clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the home was also very spacious. If we ever decide to stay in Hot Springs Village again this will be the place we book! Very worth it!
