Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Little Rock

This was the second time we stayed here because we enjoyed it so much the first time. I messed up like many working moms who are overworked and overtired and thought we had it reserved for a day longer than we actually had it and when the host kindly messaged us about the mishap they gave us enough time to get back and get out for the turnover. They were very kind even though it was my mistake and I appreciate their understanding. Not sure if they’ll want us back after that but would be happy to stay here again.

Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Angela’s place was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We have three adult children and this home offered the perfect place for us to unwind, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company while also having plenty of space to do our own things. This place has a little something for everyone. From snuggling on the comfy couch to watch a movie to competing in games in the arcade! We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back porch in the mornings and argued over who was going to be first to relax in the soaking tub in the evenings. There’s so much shopping, great restaurants, and entertainment only moments away from the house that there wasn’t a second to hear “I’m bored”. Angela herself was so proactive and communicative that I’m already looking at some of her other properties to book for another family getaway this summer! We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

This property has been beautifully renovated and my family felt right at home. The location is very convenient and centrally located. Food, grocery stores, and downtown are all very close and only a short drive away. The nap swings on the back porch were hands down our absolute favorite thing about this property. My daughter and I spent most of our time in the house hanging out together on the swings. I would highly recommend this property. Karen was wonderful!

Feels likes a luxurious treehouse! It’s very quiet and private and we loved being up high in the trees. East to get to the national park and a very relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house! The location is beautiful and the house was comfortable and had enough room for everyone. The only thing I wish I would have seen mentioned or in reviews was the steep driveway with limited parking, but that did not hinder our stay just we just would have planned more accordingly with vehicles. The house was perfect for our weekend and made everyone comfortable!

My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful, clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the home was also very spacious. If we ever decide to stay in Hot Springs Village again this will be the place we book! Very worth it!

Jenn and Barb were great host! Lovely home in a peaceful community. Felt right at home. Definitely will be back.

We can’t say enough nice things about Mark and his wife and their great cabins. Good People. We were right outside Petit Jean State Park. He has bundles of firewood available at a very reasonable price. There’s also a little store with some great homemade fudge,etc right at the entrance to his County Road. We had some car trouble right as we got there, and I called Mark for some local recommendations, and he was happy to accommodate us. Super friendly and helpful, and the shop he recommended took great care of us and had us on the road very quickly. I was worried that our car trouble was going to overshadow the trip, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone was so helpful and we enjoyed a great day at the state park and got to see a beautiful sunrise at Petit Jean’s gravesite and overlook by the river, and a Gorgeous sunset at the CCC overlook in the state park. Highly recommended. We would never consider staying anywhere else when we go back to this area.

The Green Apple A Frame was exactly what we were looking for. If your looking for somewhere away from the city life and not in a hotel but still close enough to the Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse Row then this is going to be your new goto location. Joel was an amazing Host. Very quick to respond as well was very helpful with local places for us to check out. The A Frame had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Not to mention the ability to Star Gaze without all the light pollution. I couldn’t say it enough but I’ll say it again Thank you Joel for the opportunity

We had a great time at the house! My kids LOVED taking turns in the second bedroom with their own massive bed and television. My son adored the friendly dogs that kept coming to the yard. I loved watching the birds from the porch. We rented pedal-boats from the bait shop and had a blast. The house is huge but simple, the neighborhood is humble, and it was everything we needed to decompress for a couple of days. The house was impressively clean. Elena was a delightful host. She has the house filled with sweet little touches, she was understanding when we had to change our plans a bit, and she even let us know about local events.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Excellent communication and we loved the space. Roger was able to accommodate a little early check in and a little late check out. The area is quiet and the space is very comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The location is the main attraction. It is literally at the top of a small mountain with great overlook views from both the front and back of the house. The back yard features a sharp drop off, though, so young kids would need to be watched carefully. It is also only about 15 minutes into downtown Hot Springs. It should be noted that the nearest selection of restaurants is also about 15 minutes away, but the kitchen enables cooking your own meals. There is one other thing to know. The master shower is awesome looking, but there wasn't enough water pressure to power all the shower heads. Probably because the property is so high up. This is a great property, especially considering the price. We paid about the same as we would have to get a decent hotel room, and this place was awesome.

The perfect getaway! We enjoyed this little place immensely! The hosts were very kind to accommodate a late check out for us since we arrived late and were only staying one night. Everything was clean and the hot tub was great! 10/10 recommend!

Jessi’s place was great for our weekend getaway to Hot Springs. We weren’t at the cabin much because we were out exploring most of the time, but I would recommend her as a host. She is quick to respond whenever I had questions. The cabin is in a peaceful location and close to everything we wanted to do.
