I have rented with Julie several times, this unit is always SO clean and nice. Everything is so well thought out, you feel right at home. I get THE best sleep, the beds are beyond comfy. I highly, highly recommend them!

This historic home has been pristinely updated with all the modern amenities while still retaining its vintage charm. The interior is very stylish, comfortable, and quiet. 5 stars for the home, and another 5 stars for the location! It’s a super easy walk to coffee, restaurants, a grocery store… but it’s also a great neighborhood for evening strolls surrounded by beautiful historic homes. And if you want even more to do, downtown is a quick Uber away! I highly recommend booking with Chris, he was a perfect host. He reached out several times to make sure our stay was exceptional. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Little Rock!

Husband and I stayed in the houseboat for a night after attending Rascal Flatts. My only regret is not staying longer. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt very safe during our stay (double coded entry and a security camera on the dock). The houseboat was cozy, with the perfect view off the back deck. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the entire place was thoughtfully decorated to optimize space. I would highly recommend staying here.

Blue Heron Tiny House was a great place to stay. Super clean and smelled great. Loved the pond next to the house and the gorgeous horses. There was plenty of space to walk our dogs. If we are in the Benton area again and it’s available, we will book with them.

The home was just like the pictures and the venue was great! Definitely a relaxing getaway location! Would highly recommend staying. We were also very impressed with how clean the house was it made the stay even more comfortable!

This lake house was the perfect setting for my birthday weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hot tub was a hit with all of us, providing a relaxing way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. One of the most memorable experiences was stargazing through the telescopes during the rare pink moon. It added a touch of magic to our weekend and made for some incredible memories. The lake house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive. The host was fantastic, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. This lake house is a gem, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway with friends or family.
