Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Arkansas

It was so beautiful and everything was nice and clean and the view was absolutely stunning.

The entire home and outdoor space was beautiful. We absolutely loved the hot tub and tanning bed. Our only issue was the smell of sulfur when running the water. Thankfully I grew up with a well that has a similar issue, but my guest wasn’t as ok with it:

The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

Our stay at The Lookout was absolutely peaceful! The space was clean, with comfortable beds and close to nearby restaurants. The backyard with the wooded view and hot tub was perfect. We highly recommend this charming home for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

My family had a great time on the property. The hot tub, fireplace and fire pit were a hit. It was a little cold for the pool. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive.

Mallory’s place was an amazing getaway for our girls weekend! The house was very comfortable with touches that made it feel like a home; throw blankets, quality soaps and lotions, real plants and great light. She has put a lot of thoughtfulness into making this home a true escape for her guests. The hot tub and fireplace allowed for rewinding at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back.

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I have been receiving the New Year away from home for twelve years, in different places. Being a large family, it is very difficult to meet everyone's expectations, except on this occasion. This place is more than perfect. It has everything and a little more than you could expect. The photos don't do enough justice to how wonderful it is. Steve is excessively attentive, cautious and kind. there is nothing to improve. We simply hope to return. score 1000000/10

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

Michael's place was perfect and exactly what we hoped for. Great family space and great location. Michael was a great host, super responsive and has great and specific instructions for check-in and check-out.

My girlfriends and I did a girls weekend here and I have to say that this was the perfect place for us to stay. Michael was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home away from home. The game room was a big hit with us and we took full advantage of the provided cooking supplies and cook for ourselves all weekend. I highly recommended this listing for your next stay.

Where do I begin?? 1st off, let me say this is the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at-not just the space (which is breathtaking) but Amy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s centrally located but feels like you’re in a remote cabin. The decor is fun & like something out of a movie. SPOTLESS. She had a sweet gift/note & a welcome sign for us when we arrived & left a delicious (cake sized) cinnamon roll for us from a local bakery. Between the jacuzzi, back porch swings, fire pit, games, massage chair, massage table & pool to the karaoke machine & bath/shower the size of my living room 😂- we could have easily stayed here a week & not gotten bored. This was exactly the reset we needed-If you’re looking for a weekend away or maybe a group gathering- THIS IS YOUR PLACE! We can’t wait to come back! - Thank you Amy, for your kindness & for sharing your beautiful space with us.

We had a wonderful stay! It was everything we expected and everything we wanted it to be! The house was in pristine condition and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great for visiting Fayetteville because everything was close and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay while visiting Fayetteville.

Cute little cabin. This was our first time to the area and it was conveniently located to everything. As others have mentioned the road noise is loud at times but didn’t affect our ability to sleep.

This was a birthday trip for me and we loved our stay here! Comfortable, peaceful and private, woke up every morning to deer and turkey, enjoyed the farm across the river. We sat in the hot tub watching the cows run and turkey graze, the bed was extremely comfy. Will be staying here again!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Evergreen cottage, for me it was the perfect getaway and also a great base to depart from and return to for days digging crystals in the hills. John and Larry are fantastic and friendly host, and was so glad I had the opportunity to chat with them. The hot tub was nothing less than wonderful after long days, and the cottage was appointed with everything one could desire! I would absolutely visit again!

This house looked better in person than in the pictures…the view is very nice from the hot tub. It’s a 20-30 min drive from Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay.

Cutest cabin in the woods! I visited for my first solo trip to Hot Springs. Looking for peace, nature but also not too far to venture out and about and that’s exactly what I got staying here! Morning coffee paired great with trails around the cabin or around the fire pit. To my surprise (not pictured), are two hammocks off of the patio. Perfect to lay and enjoy the sounds of nature! All instructions were simple and easy! Hosts answered immediately and were very sweet and thoughtful in all their efforts put into this cabin.
