Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

Kowits Farmstay was an absolute gem! I stayed for three nights and loved every moment of it. The farm offers stunning views, with beautiful areas to explore all around. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, made with fresh ingredients that truly enhanced the experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Nice, clean and safe apartments at a good, central location in the Nimman area of Chiang Mai. Great facilities like a 7-Eleven, laundry, scooter rental, and two massages all within 50 meters of the front door. Wifi is neither fast nor stable, so not suitable if you need to do work from here. Some music and noise at night from the nearby bars. Flexible check-in with the 24-7 guard house even if you arrive very late at night. Aircondition works well and having a fridge for cold drinks is appreciated.
