Monthly Rentals in Washington

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at Keith’s place. The location was great and Keith was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.

Great location - Easy access to the metro from this location and restaurants within walking distance. There was visible police presence in the neighborhood, and it was quiet. Lora was very helpful and communicative. The only downside was that sound did carry through the building fairly easily. It did not disturb our sleep.

Perfect place to stay in DC! Lived here for about 4 months during an internship and it definitely met all my needs. Mike was a great host, responsive when I had questions and very friendly! Location is awesome – walking distance from 14th St., U St., and the Columbia Heights metro area which all have a lot going on in terms of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. About a 10 minute walk to Columbia Heights metro stop, 13 or so to the U street stop, and there are several bus stops nearby. 25-30 minute bus ride down to the National Mall for sightseeing (or in my case work). You can get most places in the city pretty easily, but the apartment is on a beautiful residential street that mostly stays quiet. Really loved this area and highly recommend! Apartment has pretty much everything you might need and makes a good home base. Not a ton of natural light in the living/dining/kitchen area, but the window in the bedroom actually lets in a lot of sunlight. Overall, awesome! Stay here!

Was exactly what is advertised. Space was very comfortable and cozy. Location is very close to the metro, which made getting around very convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe and was close to many restaurant and shops. If you need groceries, Trader Joes was a quick and easy walk
