Greg's place was exactly as advertised in his listing with no surprises. A small, comfortable space with all the necessary amenities for a longer-term stay -- laundry, stove/oven, dishwasher, TV with a Fire stick -- it was the perfect home away from home. Greg is incredibly responsive and friendly, and he was quick to reply the few times I needed to reach out with questions.

I had a wonderful stay in Shannon and Carolina's home! They were prompt with communication, friendly, and accommodating. The airbnb was very clean and well stocked with basic kitchen equipment including an air fryer. It was cozy overall!

I had such a great time staying here!! I stayed for a total of 10 weeks for an internship in the area, and while I was very nervous about making the move, this Airbnb was absolutely perfect and made me feel right at home! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with (even at 6am when I accidentally set an alarm off) and they always made sure I had exactly what I needed (I expressed interest in getting a toaster oven at the beginning of my stay and they went out and got one for me!) . Other great things about this space would include: being able to work from home due to a nice desk space and WiFi, the parking spot, the cleanliness, nice TV with streaming services, two different in unit air conditioners, and a cute table out back to eat lunch at! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and I would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb is my top choice whenever I'm in DC! Nestled on a quiet street, this hidden gem offers a serene escape in the heart of the city. The unit is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is incredibly convenient—a brisk walk brings you to H Street and the streetcars, providing easy access to Union Station and beyond. I highly recommend this place and the host for anyone visiting the area!
