Monthly Rentals in Washington

I stayed for 3 months with my husband. Close quarters but Joanna and Joshua were responsive and accommodating. They even provided a dresser without us asking. Overall great experience. Easy to get to metro and close to a bunch of bus lines. Would recommend!

Jude and Davida’s place was lovely. Great value and we would stay here again. The space was accurate to photos and very comfortable. We felt right at home. Stayed here for a few weeks while working remotely and between the dining nook and desk we had plenty of work space. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Despite being a garden level apartment, it still felt open and bright. Jude and Davida were attentive to our questions and helpful. Location was nice, cute neighborhood with a farmers market a 10 min walk away on Sundays. We had a car and could easily get to the mall, or restaurants on 14th within 10-15 mins. There was always adequate street parking outside the house or on neighboring streets.

I truly enjoyed my time here. it was everything I needed. not too far from the metro or some great restaurants. It was a comfortable and relaxed stay and was able to get lots of work done. couldn’t be more appreciative. I would come back anytime.

I had a wonderful stay at Jen’s! It was the perfect place to stay for 2 weeks while I started my internship. The space was in close walking distance of Union Station, and also near several restaurants and grocery stores. Jen was extremely welcoming and friendly! I felt very safe and loved the neighborhood. I highly recommend if you’re visiting DC!
