What you see in pictures is all true. The place was cozy and comfortable. Claire was always checking in and was helpful when we had questions. Me and family did say when we come back to DC. this will be our place! What sold me on this place was the private parking space, parking on the street is just toooo much! LOL! Thanks for being a great host Claire!

Love this spot!! Tasneem and Amy were fantastic hosts. Incredibly helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were well taken care of. The space was exactly as pictured and was wonderful for a week in DC. The location is near everything you would want to see in DC. We hope to stay here again on our next trip out! Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean with plenty of room. It’s an easy walk to the Metro. We had one issue that was resolved quickly and properly.

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this Washington D.C. Airbnb. This was our 2nd time ever in D.C. Tucked away on a calm, tree‑lined street, the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood stays genuinely quiet, even at night, which was a welcome surprise in the city. Our host deserves a special shout‑out. From the warm welcome to quick replies, they were consistently kind and attentive. Thoughtful touches, a few local snacks in the kitchen, fresh towels, and an overall welcoming space, we loved ending our nights back at the airbnb. We took frequent walks and felt very safe. For future guests: the unit sits beneath the hosts home. Everyday life happens upstairs, so you’ll occasionally hear light footsteps and an echo of conversation. It never rose above a gentle background murmur for us, but it’s good to know if you’re sensitive to sound. Which we are not. Overall, perfect location for exploring all of D.C, with a wonderful host.

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is really close to downtown DC and Georgetown, which made getting around so easy. Joe was such a great host and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay, and just as it was the first time, we really enjoyed the stay. Hans is a great, super responsive host. The home is a quick taxi/rideshare away from most main attractions in DC. We really enjoyed ourselves!

The place was easy to find and he left great instructions so didn't have any troubles getting in. There is a little courtyard right next to the backdoor which was great for my pup. The place was clean and perfect for my group of 3. We felt safe and it was quiet enough to get rest at night. Host was very helpful and responsive.

The neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and full of activities to do. The apartment is furnished with a great taste. The house is comfortable and it has been a delight for us to be spending some days here, we will definitely come back! The communication with the host has been smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Great place that is located in an area that is walkable to surrounding metro and stores. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our visit was great and the house was perfect for our 4 guests and 2 dogs! Highly recommend!!

Wow- where to start! Our stay was fantastic! Aleksa and Sophia’s space was clean and comfortable, full of amenities, and 100% photo accurate. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable with shops and restaurants scattered throughout. It was also closely connected to several bus lines, making it very convenient to travel throughout the city without the added cost of a car service/parking. Sophia and Aleksa were very responsive and kind- checkout was a breeze! Our stay reminded us of the early days of Airbnb and we will 100% be visiting again if they’ll have us! Thank you!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was the easily the best BNB i’ve stayed at! Kristen’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, private, organized, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities you could ever need, plus more. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We chose to Uber into the city, which usually took about 20 minutes to all our destinations. She has thought of everything and was so considerate & accommodating! The robes and slippers were a nice touch & made our stay feel more like a luxury vacation. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 others! Would definitely stay again next time we visit the DC area!

Brian's apartment was perfect. It was as described and pictured; easily accessed upon check in with no surprises due to Brian's excellent communication and availability. I would definitely stay here again and I will refer my closest friends and family. I arrived 2 days ahead of my party and felt safe and at home. Brian's local recommendations were wonderful. I am looking forward to staying again.

This property was perfect for our trip. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from all the loud honking cars and sirens in downtown DC. The bit itself is on 2 levels with one bedroom and bath on the main level and the other 2 downstairs. The place was spotless and well appointed with modern and aesthetically pleasing furnishings.

Our stay was wonderful! Meredith was so kind and helpful when I asked for recommendation! Her home was spotless and she had it decorated beautifully. We felt right at home during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I spent 9 nights in this updated first floor apartment and enjoyed every one of them! The block was extremely quiet (one way) and tree lined. Easy walk to the Capitol and museums, great restaurants and cafes, and the Eastern Market metro. I felt extremely safe walking home at night, which was a major concern as a solo senior female. Everything in the apartment was spotless and I loved having the natural light during the day! Super comfortable bed and great shower! Dan was amazingly quick to answer any questions! He also kindly helped me with my suitcase and let me inside on arrival. A perfect host and great communicator! This Capitol Hill neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and I would stay with Dan again in a heartbeat!

Ruben was detailed in his check-in instructions and responded quickly when my friends and I had questions. Street parking was readily available right near the front door. The airbnb was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

We definitely recommend this apartment. The location is pretty to walk through, safe and only 10 minutes to the metro. The space itself is very clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Ryan is an accommodating host. He responded very quickly to any questions, provided us with a parking pass and gave great food recommendations. The only thing to be aware of is that the ceiling is a bit low in certain areas, if you are tall. I was fine, but my husband had to pay attention. Conveniently the low ceiling areas are marked with glow in the dark tape to help you see them at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Location was central and easy to get places around the city. Bed was very comfortable, particularly for an AIrBNB which was an added bonus. Clean, plenty of towels, etc. Only thing was that front door lock doesn't seem overly sturdy - would have been nice to have a chain or something to bolster the lock a bit. other than that, great stay , would book again.

Stephanie's place worked out very well for our family of 4 as a base for exploring DC. It was a great, clean, relaxing place to return to each night after walking miles exploring the attractions of the area. We used the Metro to get around during our week there, and Stephanie's place is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Georgia-Petworth Metro station. We would stay again if in the area.
