Exceptional deep cleaning prior to every visit and free street side parking during your stay. When selecting a property in AirBB, I'm careful to read the reviews of guests, especially comments about the host(ess). Hanna has glowing reviews. & they are well deserved. She reached out to me the morning of our check-in to welcome us & provide check-in instructions. At around noon, she sent a list of suggestions for groceries, restaurants & other amenities in the neighborhood, as well as of places to visit during our stay in DC. She was proactive every step of the way and this is huge, especially when arriving tired after a long road trip with family. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 4. It was super clean, well stocked & tastefully decorated. I wrote to Hannah a couple of times during our stay and her response was quick. There is a supermarket & shopping center within walking distance, which was very nice: if one person took the car, the others in our party were not stranded. We had a fantastic stay in DC, and it was in good part thanks to Hanna. 100% recommended!

This was an ideal home for our vacation in DC. The location is an easy walk to a Metro station and also quick easy access to all main roads in DC. We had a rental car and loved that it could be parked behind the house, making it quick and easy to return home. Another fun plus was the easy access to the Congressional Cemetery which ended up being a beautiful walk in the spring. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well to eat in, which we did often. DoorDash from the Roost was fast and delicious! Katie and Ryan were excellent hosts, very communicative, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured, the bathrooms had wonderful showers, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again if ever in DC!

Will's place is in a great location for exploring the city. There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment that made it easy to hop on and take the bus to all of the city's major landmarks. The apartment is well-appointed and exactly as described. Walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Will was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Susan’s home is incredibly warm and inviting—it truly feels like staying in a loved one’s house. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and a great park nearby. The house itself is charming, with comfortable beds, a cozy sunroom, and a beautiful backyard for the kiddos. The layout was functional and practical for our family of four adults and two kids. We were able to enjoy the common spaces together very comfortably while also being able to retreat into our individual spaces for privacy. Street parking was always available, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Susan was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear this is a cherished home, not just a rental, which adds to its warmth and character. While there’s not a ton of storage space for clothing, it wasn’t an issue for our 3-night stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Yared’s place was great! We stayed there with friends for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was just as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well-located. We had a brief issue with the WiFi, but Yared responded quickly and resolved it. The only suggestion I’d make is to add a few more mirrors, especially for groups traveling together. Overall, a great stay!
