Monthly Rentals in District 7

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb for over two months, and it was genuinely one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. It was clear that the host put an incredible amount of thought, care, and effort into decorating and organising the apartment, with large windows, spacious rooms, and amenities that make it feel like a true home away from home. It’s equipped with everything you could need, kitchenware, appliances, entertainment, fast Wi-Fi, and more, making it ideal for work, relaxation, or just enjoying your time in the space. District 7 is a great and convenient area, close to everything you need: restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and local spots. What really sets this place apart, however, is the incredible hospitality. The host and his sister were outstanding, kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything, big or small. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable, which made all the difference.

I had my business trip in Saigon and during this period was very busy with us. Fortunately, there is Golden Tree to help receive things and let me put away thanks to things so our work is convenient and save a lot of time. Golden Tree has a reception on duty morning & evening that is very convenient to support guests all the time. The cleaning staff is also very attentive. I am very satisfied and next time I get to work in district 7, I will definitely stay at this place. Golden Tree hill also has a super delicious restaurant, in 8 days here I have had breakfast at this shop 4-5 times more 🤤 delicious than the famous ones in District 1. The surrounding area of Golden Tree is both quiet and safe with a lot of convenient restaurants.

It was located in the center of Phu My Hong, so it was easy to get around, and the host was kind and responsive. I was satisfied with the laundry service and the cleaning service every two days.

Great place and nice host. Stay here 2 weeks and everything sound great to me. Highly recommend.
