The location is at the center of places I need to get around. There’s always people around which provides a safe feeling. I’m on the 4th floor right next to the washer/dryer, which makes it very convenient for me. I love the fact that Manuka has been very responsive & took action from my recommendations right away. Awesome host & location. I’m happy with everything besides the little unexpected incident I had, which Manuka solved it right away. I’m glad I chose this place because it was actually better than expected.

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thank you, LIM Concepts, for an amazing stay!

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Tran's place was amazing. Right in the heart of district 1 and in amongst a local block so you really get an insight into what living around locals feels like. The place was beautiful inside and spacious for 2. I saw reviews of hot water issues but we only experienced this once out of perhaps 8 showers and to be honest, with the heat as hot as it was, a cold shower was welcomed. Amenities are great, shops nearby and interesting things to do all walkable. Lovely place and would stay again if we return to HCM!

We stayed in Natalie’s studio for 2 weeks whilst in HCMC and would more than happily stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the apartment has everything you’d need for a long or short stay. WiFi is rapid, bed is comfy, shower is great - couldn’t ask for anything more 😊 There’s a WinMart and a 7/11 right outside the complex and plenty of great food options nearby. Communication with Natalie was faultless and she did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. All in all, a perfect little apartment and we’d come back no questions asked!

Daisy’s house met and exceeded our expectations. The photos are exactly the house as is, beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed in the house and the location is perfect for things like access to men than market which was across the road. Bui vien street if you are interested in clubs and bars. Saigon centre shopping mall only 6 min walk. Opera house only a 10-12min walk and it is all flat. If you’re an early riser, you have two places that open from 6am or 6.30am for coffee.

The team was great, the location was close to a lot but still in a more quiet area, and the place itself was very clean. The only thing was with so many people communicating there were a couple instances where different members of the team gave us different instructions. However, overall they were very responsive, they accommodated us on a last second extension of our stay in another unit they had and the building is very nice. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

We had a great stay at Doan’s place. The location is very central and convenient with lots of dining options and cafes close by. The place itself is comfortable, clean, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with what you may need for a short stay. Doan is also a friendly and responsive host.
