Dearborn Rentals was responsive and even coordinated with us diligently when a previous rental was deceptive about their arrangements. During the stay there was a water leak that was cleaned up and remedied within a couple of hours. They also offered to take the trash out to the street, since our team was working various shifts and late hours for a consulting project.

Jeff's loft is perfect for easy access accommodation that is incredibly comfortable, clean, and in a prime spot for getting to venues in the Detroit metro area. What a fantastic host all around, we will definitely be looking to book again if it's available!

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Amber’s! Cute, clean, and cozy. It worked well for our needs traveling with kids. The kids enjoyed the park right across the street and it was easy to get takeout from downtown Royal Oak! Amber was an excellent host. Thank you Amber!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

This is our second time spending Christmas here. This place is well appointed, cozy yet elegant, and spacious. We come from out of town to be with family for Christmas, but no one has a large enough family room for the 12 of us to visit comfortably, so we rent this wonderful place.

Katie is a very respinsive host for any questions you have. Her house is very nice and roomy. The rooms are all good size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has any and everything you can think youd need for cooking or grilling. Very nice and quite neighborhood and town seemed to be lretty quite to. I definitely recommend her house

Had a great stay! The home is nice and clean. Our puppy loved the fenced in yard. It’s so spacious. If you have a little dog they even put barriers at the bottom of the fence to make sure your dog can’t get out. It’s the little things! The inside was homey, cute and I love that they make it clear they are LGBTQ+ friendly. My partner and I felt very comfortable there and will be back just because of that reason. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but we did feel the water and it was warm and ready for us if we did decide to use it. The house has very comfortable beds and bedding. It’s pet friendly and they have covers already on the sofas for you so you don’t need to stress about hair. They really thought of everything. The host was very responsive and so nice! We would definitely book again. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay, super clean & neat. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple hot meals. Relaxing hot tub just right for two, and oodles of clean towels. Really want to say I appreciate hosts like Jamieson who politely request a few reasonable housekeeping tasks of his guests, instead of long lists of required chores and exorbitant cleaning fees. Would definitely stay there again.

This home is located in a nice, safe area not far from downtown Detroit. The neighborhood is quiet but not far from the major roads needed for travel. It’s clean, exactly as listed, and the outdoor area was a major plus! Our girls trip was made better by lots of time in the hot tub and spending time at this beautifully decorated home. We will be back!

This house was great! It had everything outlined in the description and the pictures were accurate. It was private, clean and spacious; enough room for all 8 of us. The amenities were great! From the hot tub, to the pool table and all of the other games that were available! We didn't require any additional information or items, everything was provided. Also, Sarita was a wonderful host! She was proactive in providing information regarding our stay and she was readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend Sarita's "Adult Getaway"!

Home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Heidi was very responsive, assisted with recommendations, and expectations were clear. We really enjoyed the basement / game area. The only thing we didn’t love was no curtains / privacy off the front with the big open windows. With lights on, I am sure you could see our every move. Also would have loved to see a couple chairs on the front deck to sit on. Maybe that’s seasonal and they come out at some point. Overall, we had a relaxing peaceful weekend and that’s exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Judith’s. Everything was exactly as described in her listing and her home was spotless. She was easy to communicate with, providing clear instructions ahead of our trip.

We got in l fairly ate the first night and getting in was easy, and exactly as described! ( You always worry about that!) The house was spotless and well equipped, as described. We had a family event at a local venue, and the house was prefect for us, with plenty of room for everyone, as people came and went. We used the pool table quite a bit and I actually took a ride on one of the bikes on one of the nicer days , which was really great! We all really enjoyed the stay and would most certainly stay her again if the need ever arose! This was our first "Air Bn B" and we were quite pleased with the experience. Thank you Devin!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

My stay was everything I hoped for. Descent and pleasant ppl who are on top of there business for starters. The house was very accommodating. Game room, hot tub and bar area was invigorating. Id recommend this Airbnb with no hold up.
