Terrific newly renovated basement two-bedroom. Easy to enter with keypad. Located in pretty quiet area, 5m walk to bus terminal and waterfront. Appeared to be quite safe, and easily walkable in all directions. Space includes the usual amenities, all functional, but I could say that there were a few missing kitchen items if you plan on doing any serious cooking.

Marie’s place is super peaceful and filled with gorgeous natural light. Loved that the river was at the end of the street, really nice to walk in the evenings. The flat is spacious and comfortable for two people. The kitchen is well stocked and clean as was the bathroom. Central AC worked well when there were some hot days. Always found street parking just outside the house. Marie was easy to communicate with and asked a few times if I needed anything else which was appreciated, as well as gave a few suggestions of cafes nearby and things to do. Would happily stay here again if I’m back in Windsor!

Great stay in Mexicantown. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We walked at night with our small dog just down the road to La Jaliscense (dog friendly patio!) with no issues. Loved the community feel. Jeremy was very responsive to all my questions - provided detailed check in info. The basement apartment was modest, clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Quiet Comfort in Novi: Ideal for Longer Visits!

The location is 10-15 minutes from many cute towns: South Lyon, Plymouth, Novi, Northville and of course, Wixom. We enjoy visiting local breweries and wineries and there was no shortage. Also planned to bike as there's a trail close by, but the weather wasn't great. The Airbnb was clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Would recommend staying if you are in the area.

Pingree Place was wonderful! My friend and I felt right at home for our stay. We love the vintage charm and decor, comfortable furniture and cozy bedrooms! We slept great. The entire space was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The location in Detroit is perfect too! The street was quiet and we felt completely safe. We were about 10-15 mins from all the spots we visited while in town- Belle Isle, Corktown and Midtown! Thank you Christina!!
