Vacation rentals with lake access in Detroit

An amazingly cozy spot to stay if you want peace, quiet and solitude. There are nearby lakes, parks and recreation to enjoy as well. Leslie is an amazing host, she is very helpful and responds quickly. Rarely do i feel like I get the best end of the value in an Air BnB, but this place is the one!

We had a great time at G's place. Comfortable, clean, nice backyard, kitchen amenities, etc. Clear and quick communication. Helpful and flexible. would happily stay again.

We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for the five of us. The home is small but space is used well and was even great for having family over to watch the game. Kitchen is a great size and decently stocked with pans and regularly used items. Very nice appliances! The addition of lots of available little blankets made the house feel cozy. The small game table was a great addition for my big kids. Chelsey was super responsive and helped within minutes when we struggled with checking in (our fault not hers). We received info in a timely matter and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Deana's lakehouse was peaceful and beautifully decorated, with all the essentials. The quiet neighborhood is close to stores and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely return!"

If you can stay here do it! They are amazing hosts! Super helpful and communicative. All instructions were clear and very helpful. Super comfortable beds (tell me where you got them please! lol). And the view 😍. We came in the winter but even watching snow fall on the lake was just so pretty. It’s peaceful and quiet with amazing amenities. I do believe we will be back!

Host was absolutely wonderful and responsive. Detroit is going through revitalization. So nearby neighborhoods seemed sketchy (especially with me and my family being from rural areas). However we were safe and had a wonderful weekend. Tracey had available many amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained when we didn't feel like going out.

What a great stay! The apartment is cozy, and it looks much better than in the pictures. We felt right at home. It is private and secured. Has everything you need. Also, having an in suite washer and dryer is a big plus for a place in an apartment building. You can see the water and the bridge from the balcony. The area seems very quiet and safe. We honestly did not wanna leave 🤣 The host is very nice and responsive. If you are still considering, look no further. Highly recommended!

Daniel’s home was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The Dish Network and streaming options were a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Daniel’s communication was prompt and thorough, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at Dinara’s home. Everything listed was accurate and the town was nice with great restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Fully enjoyed my time and look forward to visiting again.

Kim and Kurt were incredibly responsive and kind, and made sure to check in to see if there was anything we needed. The location was perfect – close to everything. Our first time staying at Ryan & Dee's place and it was everything we could have asked for. The place is a perfect private getaway for 2. Everything was tide and clean, well stocked kitchen in a peaceful environment. Highly recommend.

Great home away from home in quiet area. Carmen’s place felt just like home and had a lot of extra little details that are so appreciated. Like butter, a spice rack, Tupperware, extra blankets, humidifier and laundry facilities which are a must if you’ve been traveling for a few weeks already. Had a cute bbq area in the back which we would have used if it was summer. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We absolutely loved everything about this home! Austin is a very responsive host and helped to make our stay great. This property is a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern day amenities. The location is very peaceful and the views are spectacular. The home was clean. spacious, and very well decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces. This was truly one of our favourite places to vacation and be together as a family.

We really enjoyed the quiet location for a family visit over the holidays. Jeff was responsive when we encountered a plumbing issue and it was fixed very promptly! Will definitely stay there again when an occasion arises.

Wish we had more time to relax there but the time we had was so peaceful. Having a morning coffee, sitting out along the lake on the dock, Premium. My only issue was that train. I'm a light sleeper. I heard any that went by. Didn't seem to bother my wife.
