The Mermaid's House a few steps from the sea

La Casita de la Vieja Sirena está a pocos pasos de la playa, sin tener que cruzar ninguna calle. Recién reformada, cuenta AA, wifi por fibra, mini piscina, terraza, camas nuevas, la de matrimonio es king size. Es una zona de playa tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y demás servicios. La playa es de guijarros hasta el borde del mar, luego es arena. Muy cerca andando y en coche hay playas totalmente de arena.

We stayed for three nights as we attended a wedding nearby. Raquels place was ideal.. clean, quiet and comfortable. Raquel was very quick to respond and check in/out was simple. We made use of the community swimming pool which was clean and quiet. would definitely recommend 😊

My wife and I spent a week in Isabella's beautiful holiday home at the beginning of September. The house was 100% as described, right next to the pool and looked well maintained. Isabella had bought 2 sunbeds before our arrival. The centre of the village and the beach were about a 15-minute walk away. There were enough nice restaurants and bars in the village to keep you entertained. Communication with Isabella was smooth, she responded quickly to messages. If we return to this area, we will gladly use Isabella's house again.

The perfect holiday home. Highly recommend. I look forward to rebooking. Malte, the host, his attention to detail is exceptional, nonpareil. Fresh, bright and spotlessly clean. Modern and updated interior and terraces. Superbly equipped stylish kitchen, plentiful fresh bath towels and cozy winter bedding. Two full modern bathrooms with soaps and paper products is precisely what we needed. Lovely view of the sea from the terrace and balcony. Very, very close proximity to the sea. Delightfully walkable to numerous restaurants and into Moraira’s centre (only a 15 minute jaunt). Invigorating yet peaceful daily strolls along the sea. We visited in December. We were six: four adults and two young children. The home was perfectly suited. Providing beach towels was an absolute grace. We arrived very late and Malte was there to greet us. Cold beverages awaited us in the refrigerator. Thank you Malte. Your home is invitingly warm beautiful. We are very grateful.

A few days of enjoyment with the family , 5 min walking from a very familiar beach with chiringuito , 10 min to pharmacy and supermarket . The house is very complete with all amenities . Two very cool courtyards to alternate in the morning or evening . Jordi always available for any questions and active with suggestions . 100% recommended !!!!

Casa Nova is a very nice house.There is a beautifull garden with swimming pool. The garden has different places where you can sit comfortable. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Host Ari is very friendly and helpfull. It's easy and nice to contact him. We had a wonderfull week and will come back for sure !

Quite large accommodation, which matches the photos, in a quiet residence and perfect for a holiday, close to the very large swimming pool of the residence. Well located in relation to shops and the beach. In addition, the host was very responsive, friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. I highly recommend it for a peaceful vacation by the sea.

We had a great week at Nathalie's place. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, excellent bedding, nothing missing! The 2 terraces are very nice, well located in relation to the sun. Everything is decorated in a lovely way, with great taste. The Moraira area is lovely. Nathalie is a very friendly host, always caring for her hosts. A big thank you, also for the little touches upon arrival. If we return to Moraira, we will not hesitate to return to Nathalie's place for a moment.
