Incredible welcome from Monique in her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in an urbanization with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has every luxury of details to spend a stay with all the comforts, it is worth highlighting how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything functions for your passage through there leave you a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Every morning, open your door and watch the sunrise over the sea, have meals in front of the sea , go to the beach taking a few steps , this house is happiness!! In addition Sonia speaks French and the couple is very friendly and responsive if needed. Hope to come back soon..

We stayed for three nights as we attended a wedding nearby. Raquels place was ideal.. clean, quiet and comfortable. Raquel was very quick to respond and check in/out was simple. We made use of the community swimming pool which was clean and quiet. would definitely recommend 😊

My Wife and I headed out to Emilio's at the end of January. we were booked until mid April. As we do a lot of cooking, we felt there was a few pieces of kitchen equipment we could have done with. Emilio told us to go to a local shop, buy what we needed and he refunded us, Fantastic!! Unfortunately, I fell ill three weeks in and had to get home for medical treatment urgently. Once again Emilio was supportive and understanding, it certainly made a very stressful time so much easier. all that aside, the location was great, local bars and restaurants very good, especially the Indian restaurant near by. I would definitely recommend this place and Emilio could not have been more helpful. when we first arrived, he was there to greet us and show us around. The location is good with an excellent bus service to adjoining towns.

Great month stay, accommodation was perfect for our cycling camp. Spacious, and well equipped. Great location, close to restaurants, sea front and shops. Highly recommend.

Moses' place is great!! It's close to EVERYTHING, the beach, the restaurant promenade, downtown, drinks area... plus the street is for residents and you can park at the gate, which is wonderful. The plot area is beautiful and spacious, well-lit, shower etc. The interior has everything you need for the day to day and Moses left us even coffee and oil, there was nothing missing we are like at home !! super cool nights with fan, penguin the main room had a terrace and also comes in fresquito. There are also two TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, has a washing machine, friegaplatos and two bathrooms, everything super clean and great the truth! Moses is a sweetheart and will repeat sure THANK YOU

We really enjoyed our stay. We were with 2 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect for that. We thought it even looked better than on the pictures. Supermarket is next door and the Arenal-beach only 10 minutes walk. We definitely recommend to stay here!

Quite large accommodation, which matches the photos, in a quiet residence and perfect for a holiday, close to the very large swimming pool of the residence. Well located in relation to shops and the beach. In addition, the host was very responsive, friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. I highly recommend it for a peaceful vacation by the sea.

The stay was very pleasant , we felt right at home . Marian is a very friendly person. She has recommended places to visit and where to eat . She was very helpful at all times . The pool is Just in front and the bungalow area is quiet, by the promenade there is more movement and close to the house. Also , the house had a lot of utensils and cleaning products (which others do not include ) and is appreciated . It does not have air conditioning (which we already knew ) but with the windows open(there is a mosquito net)and the fans fall asleep perfectly .
