The place is just as described and seen in the photos. For me maybe the terrain, I have a border collie and he has really enjoyed the outside of the place. At this time, unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy the pool, anyway I think that with the terrain that there would be very good that there would be a paellero/barbecue to be able to cook outside, giving more prominence to the garage area near the pool.

We spent four nights at this beautiful house. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, in a cul-de-sac, without any traffic or noise from neighbours. The pool, terrace and garden are delightful, the kids very much enjoyed the pool at all times of the day. The house is spacious and well furnished. Pau was very responsive and fixed issues as quickly as they arouse, or proposed alternative options. He came right away to efficiently fix one of the AC units that malfunctioned. The only little issue to consider, when booking for the middle of summer, is that the two AC units keep the master bedroom and living room nice and cool, but that the other two rooms are somewhat warmer - Pau provides fans to keep them ventilated and distribute the cooler air throughout the house, so it was no big issue for us. Absolutely recommend Pau’s listing for vacation in the Xabia/Denia area, where there are many options for activities and sightseeing. Thank you, Pau, for being such a responsive host!

Very comfortable accommodation, very close to the beach and very quiet. Ovido always addressed all the questions very quickly and I advise us very well. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. Being able to get the cars inside is a convenience and more safety. Recommended for families who want to rest and have all amenities. The kitchen is a good one, it cooks very well as a family!

A friend of Juan Carlos's hosted us very warmly, despite our approximate arrival time. His tips and tips were very effective! The house is perfectly well located... a very quiet area, sea view, not overlooked and you go to the sea on foot. The house really looks like a vacation: terraces everywhere a hammock to lounge with cicadas, a barbecue, possibility to shower when returning from the sea... The house is very clean and very well-equipped (with new stoves! so rare in rentals) In short, a very nice week of rest and vacation in Juan Carlos's house, even if the weather has not always been clement to us!

Amazing chalet in a picturesque location—mountains, forest, and a starry sky. The chalet also has a beautiful outdoor area with trees, hammocks, a BBQ, and more. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Alexis was very helpful—he brought us a new heater when we needed it. That being said, a few things could be improved: It was very cold inside, so it would be great to have firewood for the fireplace. The sockets in the bedroom didn’t work. There was no rug in the bathroom, so the floor got wet after showering. The blankets weren’t on the bed, so we had to check all the closets to find one. Anyway, everything was amazing, and we would love to come back!

The beaches and town are pretty close. Lola has always been attentive to our needs. If possible, we'll do it again.

This is the second time we have booked this home. Due to Covid-19 we were piercing something quiet and comfortable and the house has met all our expectations. The area is very nice and has a series of services ( supermarket, terraces, restaurants to eat or take care of food) that can be accessed or on two great bikes that Pepa makes available to us. The house is impeccable and it is noticeable that Pepa has foreseen all needs in terms of kitchen utensils, bedding, table, cleaning and toilet products, WiFi, TV). Pool and garden is a delight. We can't wait to trip.
