The apartment had everything I needed. Plenty of space, all the necessary items, quality inside.

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Really cant fault anything and once again cant say enough how good Chris was. thankyou so much

My wife, me, and our almost 2-years old child really enjoyed the space! It is a clean and cozy apartment. Although it’s cozy, it has everything you need to make your stay complete. A nice welcoming gift was waiting for us upon arrival. The swimming pool is really big and nice. The beach is close too and has some great food-spots to enjoy. Check out was really easy.

We had a few days and loved it. The apartment has everything you need, it's renovated and the location is great. Next to the beach, with many restaurants and everything by hand. Also highlighting the garage plaza which comes very well because there is not much place to park. We did not have the opportunity to meet Amparo Peron has been pending at all times. We will definitely repeat it.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very spacious and clean. Excellent location, right on the beach and a 20 minute walk to the old town along the promenade.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We had an amazing stay at Villa Pakatoa – it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made every morning feel peaceful and special. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots to relax. A huge thank you to the agency – they were incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and made everything so smooth for us, we really appreciated it. We also fell in love with a few local places. Chabada on the boulevard became our favorite for morning coffee and relaxed dinners. For something special, Mirador de Jávea at Cap de la Nau offered not only stunning views but also a delicious black paella. And exploring the old town of Jávea and the charming streets of Altea was such a lovely experience – both full of character and beauty. To the owners and the agency: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating a space where we could truly unwind. 🥰

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Nice stay at the place. The great location two steps down the beach. As a recommendation it would be good for it to be specified in the listing that the parking does not enter the reservation, you have to pay €10 per day. Otherwise, everything is fine.

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE BIG AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS IMMENSE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE TO BE ALL GATHERED. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE'LL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR THE ENTRANCE AND FOR THE EXIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

Amazing house was very clean and fantastic view! The view is even better than in the pictures! It was really a very quiet and peaceful place! We slept so well as the kids!
