This house is located in calan Morell and the dining room of the house has incredible views of the sea and the house to the sea in some replanes of sementado this at 400 M the water is perfect or if you go to the beach that has sand this ai 15 M is also the bus station to go to citadel and ay 3 Restocrans is a very quiet orbanizasion also by the house passes the horse path you can walk to see the coves is wonderful

Newly renovated, our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large terrace overlooking the sea, full equipped kitchen, living room area and fits 6 people comfortably. Just downstairs there is a quiet shared pool and the beach. There is a privat parquing for our guests, wifi, air conditioning in the living room and electric celing fans in the main bedrooms.

Very pleasant holidays in a peaceful place with a remarkable view. Many restaurants (quiet) within walking distance as well as a convenience store. Swimming at the foot of the house in this small cove is a delight. Just 2 notes: the air conditioning was off, which is rough in scorching times but the fans in the bedrooms saved us. The mattresses in single bedrooms should be changed quickly. For the rest meets expectations.

What a beautiful space in a wonderful area!! The grounds which the bungalow are situated are perfectly maintained, the local beach is gorgeous and there are a whole host of restaurants within the local and surrounding area. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Binibeca region!

A real gem! The apartment is full of charm, tastefully decorated. Everything is designed to make you feel at home: cooler, tupperware for picnics, parasol, games, many kitchen utensils, coffee machine, etc. Nothing is missing! We loved enjoying the small sunny terrace every day, quiet, in an elegant and impeccably maintained residence. Cristina is absolutely adorable. Responsive, attentive, always concerned about our well-being with her kind messages and valuable advice. A very attentive host, as we rarely meet! A supermarket nearby for everyday shopping, a multitude of good restaurants all around, and beautiful beaches within walking distance… everything was there for a relaxing stay. We had a great stay at Elsa's place. Its most amazing quality is that all windows have a view of the sea! There was everything we needed in the place, from kitchen utensils to beach towels. The area was also very quiet at night, there was a beach and a supermarket at a short walking distance. We will definitely try to go back next year! Thanks for everything :)

Wonderful apartment for two people. The location is unbeatable, in the center of the beautiful town of Fornells. There is both a supermarket and restaurants and barecitos just a few minutes' walk. The private pool is a luxury and there is also a small platform from which one can bathe in the sea just 15 meters from the house. The house comes with everything you need to spend a splendid beach vacation. The girls on the SOM team were lovely at all times and flexible with our schedules. We want to come back!

Great hosts, very responsive, and they left us a lovely welcome pack! Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. The little extras like beach towels, toiletries etc. were very appreciated. The pool was a huge hit, it was cold (April) but we still went in everyday and the kids had so much fun. We hired a car, so getting around was easy, but the beach, restaurants, etc are all in easy walking distance from the villa. Sunsets from the roof terrace are stunning! Would highly recommend, great villa, great hosts. We hope to return!

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

What a gem this place is everything you need home from home. Jose was always there if you needed him and answered all my questions within a short time via text absolute star. This place is 2 mins from the beach and restaurants and a supermarket on the door step. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back. There is also a pool with sun beds and umbrellas but I didn’t use it as I love the beach.
