Room 3 is a fantastic room. It's clean cosy and warm place with great bed and shower. There was fresh milk and water in the fridge, coffee, hot chocolate some treats etc. This is my second stay in Val's place and I'll definitely book again when I am back in the area. And what a lovely lady Val is :) Highly recommend.

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Wonderful place to stay. It is clean and has everything you need. Michelle and Stephen are thoughtful hosts, they so kindly left a welcome basket and even some child proofing items for our toddler. We would 100% book again for future visits. Thank you!
