Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Daytona Beach

Maryna’s place was clean, updated & close to downtown. It was a perfect place for a weekend stay in Sanford, only a 10 minute uber to the downtown area where there is plenty to do- & nice clean & comfy sheets, towels, beds & couch to lay on. Nice outside porch on the back.

Carlos was great and responded so fast, even accommodated an extra night for us. We did universal while there and it was the best and easiest drive. No traffic. We stayed in Davenport once and traffic was over an hour long on the interstates. We come to Florida all throughout the year. This will be our spot from now on. The area has everything you need. I really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

This is one of the best places I have stayed and usually stay in 3-4 a year. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and best of all the kitchen was well equipped with all the basics and then some! Check out was easy and didn’t have a checklist of chores to complete like some homes. We will definitely try to rebook when we come back in the fall!

Hands down the best AirBnB I have seen. Place looks brand new, great totally stocked kitchen with an abundance of utensils and cookware (we even found a crockpot!). Bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master. Bedrooms are great and the outdoor patio are is gorgeous. Great communication and hassle free checkin. Just A+ experience all around. Location was great for us as it was close to the relatives we were visiting but also 15 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes to St. Augustine and about 90 minutes to Orlando. Great central location for everything we wanted to see. We’ll definitely book again when we come back to visit.

This was the perfect location for our family! The kids enjoyed the pool and swings. We enjoyed everything about the home. We would definitely book this home again.

Wonderful clean modern condo apartment near Orlando. This served as our base for a golf trip to play courses in Orlando and Daytona Beach. Had to do some driving to get back and forth to the courses, but staying here was well worth it. Clean quiet home with everything you need. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host provided all the instructions, information, and supplies we needed for a stress free vacation.

We stayed here once before and were so happy to return—it was just as great the second time! The views are beautiful, and the peaceful, relaxed setting makes it easy to feel at home. We loved how there was plenty of room in the fridge for all our family’s meals and snacks, and they even had coffee available so we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the sunrise. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, like toys and dishes for the kids, really make it an easy and enjoyable stay. We’ve recommended it several times over the last couple years and look forward to coming back next time!

This place was awesome! We had a comfy place to rest our heads after our concert!! I can’t even tell you how super close to UCF this place is!!!! It was perfect in every aspect, great for restaurants and things to see and do!! Thank you for a great place to rest my head!

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Convenient, clean, serene. So much better than a hotel room! Close to UCF campus. A minute or two from... everything. Plus, quiet private clean accommodations with an eye-popping pink bougainvillea in full bloom outside the porch view. Chely was prompt to respond to questions, and friendly when we met her by chance on property. She was also responsive about one very minor need in the room. I would recommend this place, and will likely stay again.

This is definitely worth the stay for 2-3 people. Very clean and updated. Host was super nice and helpful! Within walking distance of a few good restaurants and bars and short drive to more.

Great little condo, perfect for one or two people. Pristine clean. Up two small flight of stairs. Great cable plus comfortable bed. Pool and beach right there, a few steps away. For the price, outstanding. Located right in the middle of Daytona Beach. Thanks Ron!

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

This place was perfect for us (two adults and one child)… very clean, right on the beach and great location. My only feedback would be that the check in instructions were confusing. It said to check in at the front office but then the front office said we didn’t need to and the code to the keypad didn’t work… so we had to get keys from a lockbox. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great, as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and in a great community. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and amazing place to stay.

Peaceful, quiet, beach retreat. If you are looking for a quiet beach location away from the hustle and bustle this is a great spot. Clean amenities throughout the condo complex and this condo is spotless! Would definitely recommend this place!

Emily’s condo was absolutely beautiful and she was the perfect host! The condo had everything we needed for our weekend getaway and more. The balcony was our favorite spot and being screened in allowed us to sit outside for all our meals without being bothered by bugs. We will definitely be back!!❤️

This is a quiet, well managed resort. In our opinion, the best on the no drive strip. There are super owners and a great property manager. Like Mexican? Walk to the Mi Mexico. Easy stroll to the Dollar General Market, Moe’s and C Waffles. Take a bit longer walk to Chase’s.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The rental is very clean and has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The furnishings were very nice and the decor had a cute nautical theme. The view is incredible. The building is well-maintained with a nice pool. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, and very walkable. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just down the road and restaurants and shopping are close by. We would love to stay here again! Sheree has good communication and you can tell that she truly cares.
