Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Our family had a fantastic time at Kara’s place! The house was exactly as described. Very clean & plenty of space for our family of four, plus three more family members that stayed with us for a few days. Close to the beach & a pretty quick drive downtown. We absolutely love St. Augustine & would stay here again. Kara was super responsive & even let us check in early.

We had such a great time at this place! We've traveled to different parts of Florida a lot over the years and this was by far our favorite area! Downtown St Augustine was great and the backyard set up at David's place was perfect for our group. We would definitely go back!

The Salty Dog team are amazing with communication and making you feel relaxed and comfortable. Our home was so cozy we didn't want to leave. Wish we would of had warmer weather to enjoy the poo/beachl and pool/beach toys more but we can't control mother nature. We're appreciative of all the kitchen amenities as we were able to cook and grill so we didn't have to eat out so much. The home had everything we needed. lots of giggles were had around the fireplace and plenty of seating outside to be together. would give a 10+ to the Salty Dog Team and their airbnb.

This was one of the best AirBnB's we've stayed at. With two toddlers, we often struggle to find a place that will fit us and help keep our kids safe. This place had everything we needed for safety, meal time, and fun. Tons of space (that is decorated so well) and access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

It was nice and cozy! Walking distance to many wonderful places and is in a quiet area. A bit of warning though: if you are 6’2 or taller, be warned that you may feel a bit too tall in the bathroom! Overall a great place with a great host and great places near by!

Kayla's Daytona Beach Shores Airbnb is awesome!!! This 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for a shore vacation. Access to a beautiful beach is literally right across the street. The townhome itself was immaculate, clean, comfortable and well supplied. Even better than the description! The garage was a real treat and a super surprise! It has been converted to a neat game room, complete with ping pong and other entertainment. Kayla also supplies two bikes, a wagon to pull to the beach, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys for toddlers. An extra treat is the outdoor patio. Nicely appointed including a firepit for evening family time or cigar night! Kayla is a SUPER HOST! She provided excellent instructions at every step of the stay, tips on activities happening while we were there, and was responsive to any questions we had. Best of the best as far as Airbnb hosts are concerned! We really enjoyed our time and hope to be able to return again soon!

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.
