We enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the game room. The location was convenient to our family who live nearby. The open floor plan and furnishings were great for the six of us (parents, adult daughter, and three teenagers).

I can't praise this place enough! It was the perfect vacation spot for my family and I. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is just minutes away from anything you could need. I will definitely book this property again!!!

Everything we great. We really enjoyed our stay at your house. There was plenty of room, the pool was nice, and the beaches in that area are wonderful. And we liked being able to walk to the Paladar Cuban Eatery for coffee and pastries.

Easy check in, pool was nice to have and host was very responsive. The only shortcoming is we forgot a cable to plug into the projector outside but other than that, everything was as listed. No complaints!

Our stay was for 3 families. Well appointed beach theme. Options of bedrooms , 4.5 baths to please all. Master had heated floor in its bath. Pre-teens loved the bonus TV room in the garage play area that opened to the pool. Beautiful patio area. Accommodated 9 easily for meals indoors and outdoors. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen essentials. Webber grill and fire pit were terrific with the privacy fence and string lighting. Emails to PMI were responded to timely. Front garage had a canvas cart with chairs and boogey boards to make it easier to walk to the beach and crossing A1A. Cars were allowed on the beach 🏖️ so that was an option. Publix was close by. We chose to cook and have meals at the house because it was so resort-like. Walked to the end of the street to the inter-coastal to see a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay. We stayed during peak season so it was pricy, but the many features of the property made us all happy with the choice. A day in St Augustine.. Beach was perfect.

Scott went out of his way to put ballon’s in the room prior to our arrival. It was a surprise for my sister’s 60th birthday.

This place was perfect for a weekend with the family. We were surrounded with beautiful views, friendly staff, and many things to do in the area. It had direct access to the beach and made our weekend memorable.

My family of four stayed here over the weekend for a dance convention my daughter went to. My kids have a lot of food allergies that are difficult for restaurants to accommodate, so we require a kitchen when we travel. This condo is clean and spacious. The decor is is pleasant and not at all gaudy like you sometimes find in condos at the beach The beds have very firm memory foam mattresses, which I found to be comfortable, but my husband was not a fan. My kids had no issues with their beds. The master bathtub drain plug did not hold water but we really didn’t use the tub so not an issue for us. It was really cold the weekend we were there and the heater worked great. Prior to our stay, Scott let us know that the resort would be doing renovations on one of the pools and the lazy river, and we appreciated that communication. A very nice place and definitely served our needs.

Very cute, tastefully and comfortably decorated. Directly across from the Beach access and there's a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

This place has the most gorgeous views we have very experienced. It felt like we were in the clouds overlooking the sand and ocean. The place was so clean inside and we had an amazing time enjoying it all. Would highly recommend this unit!

Scott was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. The condo was as pictured and perfect for our family getaway. We would definitely recommend any of Scott’s properties.

Jane and Carrie were phenomenal from the start. I received a call from Carrie hours prior to check in to get an ETA so that they will be prepared for our arrival. Amazing and easy check in process with Jane. She even gave recommendations for local places. Apartment 4B is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, pristine, clean, and with incredible views of the beach. Condominium is just as clean and smells amazing. Super safe area and very family friendly. We will DEFINITELY be back again. Thank you, Jane & Carrie!
