Kim was great. She communicated instructions clearly. Provided a comfortable living space. But most of all, she was caring and helpful. She drove us to the repair shop when our car broke down, while we had great conversation. She even offered to block off a few days after our stay if our car wasn’t ready that day! If we are ever back in town, we will be staying with Kim.

Sugar Opal Suites was a treat to stay at! It’s conveniently located on Rt 33 and parking is directly in front which makes unpacking a breeze. It was easy to find and get settled in quickly. We had spent most of the day outside in the upper 90° weather. The suite was exactly what we needed! It was very clean, quiet & cool with a huge enclosed porch out back overlooking the woods. The linens felt fresh and all kitchen utensils and appliances were spotless. The hosts were responsive and gracious. They have taken a thoughtful approach to the modernization, layout and design of the suite. With a unique rustic-modern feel, this is definitely a place we would stay again!

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Adam was super responsive and helpful. The home is incredible for a large group. We were comfortable and also had enough space for alone time. We all just kept saying that we wish we could live there. Will absolutely be coming back!

We came to Oakland for a wedding and Dijana's place was the perfect spot for our family. It was very clean with thoughtful touches like blankets for the couch, art supplies, children's books for a variety of ages and a great selection of boardgames. The queen bed is very firm so if youprefer a firm mattress it is perfect. There is a dollar general close by for any items you might need. Dijana was quick to respond, and very helpful whenever I reached out to her. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area and highly recommend her home if you're looking for something in the area!

Vincent’s place was just as described. We had ample space for 3 adults. Watching the deer from the deck was precious. The house is close to several waterfalls & not far from Maryland & Pennsylvania. We had everything we needed & slept comfortably. The kitchen had all the houseware for cooking meals. Very nice place!

Everything was great. Very clean. No-one showed to fix gas fireplace and gas tank for outside pit was low but we turned up the heat and was cozy comfort. Great place to rent and friendly host, highly recommended.

The house was just as described. It was perfect for our little family getaway! Tons of space to spread out. Loads of fun extras. The view is amazing! We had a great time!

Grace’s place was amazing! We were a group of 12 who stayed at her place and it was really nice. The house was spacious and had everything we would need. It snowed beautiful in the mountains the entire time we were there so we enjoyed spectacular views! We never felt the need to leave the place as it had everything we needed. We made our meals in the kitchen which was well equipped! We didn’t get to use the hot tub because of the weather but it looked great. The views from both decks were amazing! Will definitely be back during the warmer months to take advantage of hiking. Thanks for hosting us Grace! We will be back to enjoy more time at your lovely place.

By far my favorite mini vacation, ever. This exceeded expectations. We wanted a quiet getaway, & this spot was peaceful! This host has literally thought of everything to make guests stays effortless. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans & plates/silverware all the way to a few spices you might need. The back porch has chairs & table to for hanging out and views are absolutely gorgeous from every angle here. The fourth bedroom is connected to the master, so the kids did have to come through the master bedroom to get to their beds, but we just took one of the smaller bedrooms & it worked great! Couple things to note, there is ZERO cell signal once you get about 5 miles from this home (which is exactly what we were looking for!). The house itself we had 2 bars, & they have WIFI for Wi-Fi calling. We did have a few bees get into the house and daughter upset nest in patio umbrella, they didn't sting anyone, but just want to mention for others in case of allergies 10/10 recommend.

A charming and bright space that was very clean and welcoming! Located within walking distance to the downtown and other attractions! Rachel was very communicative and friendly! Will definitely visit again!

We felt comfortable and the couch was a great place to relax after a day of hiking. There are many cool outdoor activities in the surrounding areas and that part of WV is very beautiful. We had everything we needed on our stay and were pleased with our experience. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! Jennifer was responsive and left clear instructions on how to get to the condo and getting in was very easy to do. It had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close to Davis and Blackwater Falls State Park. We would recommend to anyone going to spend time in that area.

Was a fine, cozy place to stay. Felt spacious and easy to prepare food and do activities in with the 4 of us. We recommended it to some interested family members, and we may return again ourselves!
