Vacation rentals with a patio in Tucker County

We actually didn’t stay this time but we’ve stayed multiple times before and we would book again

I came by myself to ski and had a great time. I always felt safe while staying here and the location was super convenient. I was about 20 minutes away from Timberline and I was less than 5 minutes from many restaurants. The loft upstairs was always nice and warm and a cozy place to relax.

We had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as described, but even better because of the small details that were taken care of (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo and conditioner provided, etc.). It was perfect for our family of four and so convenient - will definitely look to stay here again when it’s just us!

The Blue Door was pleasantly quiet and close to downtown. The home was very well maintained and extremely well thought out. It was perfect for my stay and Rachel was an amazing host. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Elkins and the surrounding areas.

Adam was very responsive and really appreciated his customer service! I inquired about a tea kettle and Adam let me know the house didn’t have one, but he quickly ordered one and had it there for our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful! Love the modern, Scandinavian look. The kitchen has very nice amenities and easy to cook in. The extra long dining table was great for meals and having good conversation. The house is very spacious and we were very comfortable for 8 people. It was nice having the garage to keep our truck in and all the ski gear. We were very lucky with the weather and got to enjoy viewing the beautiful, peaceful snow covered mountains. Very close to Timberline Ski Resort. Maintenance crew did very well with plowing the private roads after a big snowfall. 5 star review! Would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a ski in/out house at timberline to accomodate my party of 6 adults. We found this awesome house that is right on Winterset trail. The house had all the necessary amenities and was well stocked with everything. We were able to prepare and enjoy great meals with friends and plenty of apres ski time in the well placed hot tub right next to the slopes. David was responsive and checked to ensure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house for your next ski trip to Timberline or the Canaan area. Hopefully we'll get to enjoy this gem of a ski house in the future as well.

we had a great weekend staying at Josh's cabin! it is beautiful as in the photos, and very comfortable mattresses and couches. plenty of clean linens for everyone, well stocked kitchen, and downstairs bathroom has a very luxurious shower. best part was the very convenient location less than 10m drive to the local ski resorts. would definitely stay there again on a future trip!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s house. It was super comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The kitchen was especially great as Canaan Valley isn’t exactly teeming with restaurants. Timberline ski area is right around the corner, the lifts less than 1/2 mile away. White Grass and Canaan Valley Resort are less than a 5 min drive. We really liked enjoyed our first XC experience at White Grass and the snow at Timberline was fantastic. Brandon was a super host; he was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend his house and not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the house to be spacious and comfortable. The living room was large enough for us all to relax together, and the kitchen and dining room was another great space for everyone to relax. With a group of 8, it was nice to have two options for gathering. The beds were comfortable as well. The location was really beautiful and secluded, but close enough to Canaan Valley to access winter fun!

It was great staying at this cozy house right next to ski resorts and parks. The driveway is a bit steep so be prepared if you don’t have AWD or good winter tires. There’s also a side parking if you don’t want to risk getting stuck. Hosts were very helpful in providing chains and plowing.

The house was spacious, with plenty of room and enough sheets and covers to accommodate everyone comfortably. The festive lights around the house and tree were such a thoughtful touch, making it feel extra warm and welcoming for the holidays. Our family had so much fun, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for those planning a ski/snowboard getaway. Very close to Timberline and Davis. The space is dated but has all the essentials needed for a great stay. Overall great deal. Recommended!

We enjoyed staying at Three Little Birds. I came to ski with my sons. Everything in the condo was as described. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the comfortable living area was perfect for relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. The location was fantastic—close to the ski resort and local shops, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another ski trip. Highly recommended!

The condo is very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and very nice having snacks and coffee,water for our stay. Also we enjoyed the fireplace. The condo is real close to Canaan Valley Ski mountain which was reason for our visit. Will definitely book condo again if available for ski trip.

A charming and bright space that was very clean and welcoming! Located within walking distance to the downtown and other attractions! Rachel was very communicative and friendly! Will definitely visit again!
