Vacation rentals with a pool in Davidson County

We had a great stay at Tricias place in Nashville. We were originally booked in another apartment but due to maintenance we're moved to a bigger apartment in the same block with no extra charge. We had a small hiccup getting into the apartment with the code but the host was very quick with responding and helping us through the issue. The actual apartment we had was very spacious, decorated beautifully. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay and the host went out of their way to help us which was really appreciated. Local area is very nice and peaceful, about 30 minutes walk from Broadway or a quick uber. The Gulch is a lovely area with lots of nice restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute uber from the airport and easy to find. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend!

Greg and the management group were very responsive. They were helpful. They sent a long list of things to do in the area including food, shopping, site see, things to do. The house was beautiful and such a good place, very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right on site. Highly recommend.

This was great AirBnB, very clean and modern but with tasteful furniture and textures. Felt very safe and cozy. Would def stay here again!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

The apartment was just as the photos showed, and the location was great. We booked some guided tours and they happened to be right next door ( win win ) had a great bar too. Alex was very helpful and checked to see if everything was ok and it was . Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. All that’s left to say is Ye-Ha !!!!

Suzanne’s place was perfect for my husband and me. It felt like a “home away from home”. We were able to truly relax in this home. This was our first time staying on the same site as a host and it was a fantastic experience. Suzanne and her husband greeted us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. We had full access to the outside amenities. The home/location was peaceful and well equipped with everything we needed. Next time we visit, we plan to bring our daughter because I know she would love swimming in the pool! Thank you for a great stay, Suzanne!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

The condo is well placed for the touristy spots and bar scene! The building is nice, has an excellent gym and the view of the sunset from the living room was beautiful. We even took a quick cold plunge in the pool. 😊 weather dependent, there’s lots of outside amenities! We didn’t cook so I didn’t check out their cooking stuff. We did use the large fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. And they did have enough towels, paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning stuff, etc. As for sleeping, the main bed is a full and not a queen. Not a deal breaker by any means, but thought you might want a heads up. They do have an ample amount of extra single sleepers (a cot, a reclining sofa and a fold out chair.) The host team was excellent with communication from booking through the whole trip. We are grateful it was a good landing spot for our short trip to Nashville.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Nice little apartment on the river. There were always plenty of parking spots available. We didn't drive much since we could easily walk to the Broadway strip of restaurants and bars. The weather was not quite right to enjoy the pool area so no input on that part of this review. It is an older complex so if you're expecting museum pristine conditions then consider another place. If you're looking for affordable, functional, clean, and comfortable with a view of the river then you've found your stay!
