Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Davidson County

We really enjoyed our stay at cindys! It was super clean and looked just like the photos!! Cindy was easy to reach if we had any other questions and reallt helpful and friendly. Her home was very cute and nicelt decorated. We will return!

The house was perfect for this trip. The fireplace was a wonderfull treat and it was in use every night, There were enough wood for the entire stay, did bring some firestarters from home. Its very nice that there is a small supply of spices and oil/vinegar. The knives could need a little sharpening, not easy to cut the tomatoes;-) Neal was super good at responding on all the quistions beforehand and checked in after the first 24 hours to hear if everything was okay. Very nice toutch and made it a very pleasant stay. The nighbourhood is safe w lots of good Mexican food and the best lavender Icecream ever! Its a good 20 min walk to down town, There is a direct bus on 12. st. If you don`t wanna walk. There is a local supermarket 10 min away. Will use this place again, if back in Nashville!! Thanks a lot Neal, you are a great host!- Hope we can meet for an icecream next time:-)

Jordan’s place was a great spot in Nashville. An easy cab ride to Broadway from a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Jordan was very friendly and responsive.

Kari’s place was perfect!! Everything we could’ve wanted. Just like being at home!! The location, neighborhood, interior of the house. Kari was always quick to respond and was always cordial, but in all honesty, we really never needed her, because everything was right there for us to start with! This was a great place for a girls weekend! Can Uber to downtown Nashville or walk to many restaurants/bars for a more low key experience. The house was spotless and cozy!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of room, and everything was especially clean and pretty. The hosts were friendly and ready with instructions to make our check-in easy and our stay comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Great place to stay for a big group! Fun areas to hang out in the house and fun photo spots. Murals were really cute in the house. Clean and had things we needed. Main bed (king) was really comfortable!! I slept really well while there. Great suggestions on bus options to get around town!! Not really walkable spots to go to tho so just keep in mind you’ll need to get rides. Highly recommended!!

My group of friends had a great stay here for a bachelorette. The house is beautiful and Amy was super responsive. We loved it! The rooftop patio is a nice touch.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

we loved our stay here. we had 2 couples and the place was perfect size. We would love to stay here again. Beds were comfortable and location was easy to get anywhere by foot or short cheap uber. Highly recommend. Luggage storage next door for 5.00 a bag is also a plus..

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Beautiful stay!! This place is a hidden gem within 15 minutes of the bustle of Nashville. Very comfortable and cozy, great place to work, very peaceful surroundings.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!

Very pleasant experience! Shannah and Rich were great hosts! They checked in on us on multiple occasions which was very nice. Very clean space and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Highly recommend! A+++
